Portable Flavour King?

At the moment (last 12 months) I can't vape in my bedroom at home due to it being a shared household, and as such I can't use my Volcano. Out of all of the vapes I own; Volcano, MFLB, Mighty, Lotus (and soon the Dynavap Omnivap Titanium); the Volcano produces flavour of which I am yet to experience with another vaporiser. This has lead to a chronic craving for the unparalleled flavour that my desktop unit offers.

I am a big fan of the Mighty; it never lets me down performance wise. It's my go to vape. People often say the Mighty has top tier flavour, but it's the one thing I personally have always felt is a bit muted. I put it down to the plastic cooling chamber and mouthpiece. Once upon a time I tried my friends Air, and its the one thing I remember thinking in comparison with my Mighty.. "purer flavour"...please correct me if I'm wrong.

For these reasons I like the look of the Ghost MV1; ceramic heating element, all glass air path, very portable; but it wont be out for a while, and I wont be buying one anyway until others have reported back that its overall performance and reliability is worth the investment. Arizer portables on the other hand, apart from being less portable, similarly have a ceramic heating element and all glass air path, with the bonus of a solid and trustworthy history.

Long story short, I'm considering getting a Solo2; under the impression that it's all glass air path will offer a purer portable flavour experience to that of the Mighty. Is this the case??? Does anyone here own BOTH a Mighty and Arizer portable??? If so please compare the flavour purity!!

Obviously there are other vapes which supposedly have top tier flavour such as the Firefly2, which I have also considered, and I'm sure people will be quick to tell me how great the flavour is in their favourite vape; but I'm only interested in hearing FIRST HAND COMPARISONS about FLAVOUR PURITY with the MIGHTY; using the Volcano as the benchmark of what I would like to experience.

You should check out the Tubo(Switzerland),InstaHeat,Splinter,Milaana,Nomad(US based)and other handmade convection portables.I have the tubo and it is all i ever wanted from a electric portable ,there is also a power adapter and it can ran as a desktop too.

My personal top 3 for best tasting vapes is
1 Gn0me's (dont exist anymore but u can get a Gnockoff)
2 Underdog/Tubo
3.Vaponic

P.S I really consider the Volcano to be a mediocre at best in the taste department ..
Also Water filtration,all glass airpath > bags,whip,plastic stems for taste IMO.

The vaponic with it's pure glass path is my reference vape for strain testing. For flavour chasers it's one of the best and also the cheapest out there. With slow heating the flavour really lasts longer than with most other vapes. There is also a vaponic+ with wood casing...
But have u tried the glass mouthpiece for the mighty? (somehow it seems to be more a psycological thing with lips touching glass vs plastic) can't say there is much difference at low temp flavour hits from cano, mighty or vaponic (my favourites in that department) - had an arizer air before the mighty, sold the air pretty quick after compairing flavour and performance

I endorse @Abysmal Vapor suggestion for a Tubo. It is the constant winner of the "reach test".

I'm a male so I have to "fix" things. Is there any way you could move the volcano to the Garage and fill the bag for outdoor usage??

A smoke buddy would remove the smell of the exhaled vapor, but you won't see the clouds. I started using one cause my vape station was starting to stink.

While I can't give any input into portables being that I don't really own any, I have to say that I totally agree with AV's statement above. I think the issue is that he is that the OP is comparing the taste from his 'Cano to conduction based vapes rather than to other convection based vapes.

Among the vapes you own I find the Lotus to be the better one for flavour. I never tried a MFLB to compare but I own an Omni and the Lotust tastes definitely better but I know is not the most practical or stealth vape to be used outdoor.
I also had an Arizer Air for almost a year and a friend of mine is an hardcore Mighty user, I definitely prefer the Mighty.

Interesting to here the Vaponic mentioned twice for flavour quality.

@sickmanfraud ive no garage, I live in a shoe box.

@Used2use I had considered the glass mouthpiece for my Mighty; seemed a bit gimmicky but it wouldn't hurt.

With @lwien 's comments in mind; what do you guys think are the most flavoursome convection based vapes? Portable or not no matter.

I have a couple of vaponic a couple of vapcap, a vapman, a mighty and a milaana, among all these portables my favorite in flavor is the Vaponic (always in dry)! When I optengo a new strain or I want to know the original flavor I use! i go to the vaponic, for me it has no rival! Serves for everything; Flowers, hash, concentrates ,,,, for its reduced cost has no risk of failure !!

... and among my vaporizers; after of vaponic... would be the milaana the one closest to the taste pure!

I find the Mighty flavor is enhanced with a direct connection like I did here, with stock CU removed:
miniVAP Flexicone module sits in chamber, glass direct mouthpiece. Pictured with black silicone adapter to connect
to bubbler or hydratube.

Direct path is a tradeoff, better flavor but not as cool as thru Mighty CU.
It works better if you are taking a couple hits and then take a break. If you pack the Flexi full and take hit after hit, the glass mouthpiece does retain heat/ get hot.
