Poor quality sleep after an evening session

I used the word "Skeptics," I never could believe cannabis being fatal to anyone. Interesting that cannabis and incredible talent come hand in hand. Good link brother. Also I am astonished people are able to pay such high rates on the east coast for herb. How much does someone get for $20? Minimum wage is to low and cost of living is to high. Is there a guarantee on quality at those prices? I wish I could vape out all of you east coasters till yalls hearts content.

South Jersey resident here. Surely, we aren't as lucky as some of you that can go to a store and SHOP for your the herb of your choice...only in heaven.

But to answer your question, $20 gets you 0.8, almost a gram. Ounce prices vary from $300-$430. I purchased an ounce of legit sour D for $350 a few weeks ago. I'm so use to the prices on the east coast that when I get a "deal" like that, I'm actually excited.

To get the thread on track, I ONLY vape at night since I'm either working, working out or entertaining my family. I like to vape about an hour before bed and I'll stretch, hit the heavy bag and by that time, my eyes can't even open. I always wake up refreshed too.

^ word, east coast prices are outrageous for bud...

I got into the habit of stretching before bed and the minute I get out of bed. It feels refreshing after a stretch, less grogginess.

Stretching the minute you get out of bed? Stretching cold muscles? Please be very careful. Not a great idea.

I agree that it feels great, but man that's a good way to cramp up as well if you're not careful.

Sorry for the lack of updates. This past week I've been sleeping on a very firm (and unfortunately short) couch, and I've slept better than I have in a long time. So, I'm going to see about getting something better to sleep on.

I am a huge fan of memory foam or "Tempurpedic" style of mattress. As a chronic pain/arthritis patient, I can honestly say they eliminate pressure points, distribute heat well, and are quite sanitary compared to a conventional coil spring affair, bed bugs cannot infest memory foam . . .

I've had my coil spring Posterpedic for almost 18 years now..............no bed bugs ever.

On the other hand, I'm a bit overdue for a new mattress and have been thinking about memory foam but there are some who really don't like it due to the heat retention as well as a feeling of laying down in wet sand and being a real chore just to turn over at night. I like it to be really cool in my room and my bed to be rather cool, so this could be a major issue for me with memory foam. Still thinkin' about it though.

I have memory foam and love it from an orthopedic standpoint, but extremely sensitive people may want to investigate the toxic off-gassing of these types of mattresses.

I've been sleeping on a crap IKEA mattress for a number of years now.
Think I'm ready to upgrade to memory foam.

Lame but not surprising. I figure I can just leave the mattress unwrapped in a well-ventilated room for a while before moving it into the bedroom and starting to sleep on it (unless I can't detect any odor at all)

Had memory foam... got rid of it. No, it is NOT perfect for everybody. If you can find a friend that will let you sleep an entire night or two on one before you buy, I'd strongly suggest it.

We have a Simmons ... with those individually pocketed coils. Firmest they make. Best investment ever.

(Previous: water bed; sleep "number" type of air bed; memory foam; king koil; too many cheap ones to count)

Seriously, when I was at the Vipassanna meditation retreat, we slept on plywood beds with 5" foam "mattresses" on them. I am still thinking about just throwing a blanket on the living room floor.

I definitely feel more lethargic waking in the morning after a late nite vape sesh, i can feel the effect as i get up to go to the bathroom for my morning poo ritual. it feels odd, but slowly dissapates as i regain consciousness transitioning from dreaming to waking state.

I would recommend not to eat past 4-5pm, because the body is getting ready to repair and rest and eating heavy or late meals causes your body not to heal as well throughout the night and focuses more energy on digestion. Try it out as an experiment:)
