PnP vs Firewood vs Flowermate vs Indica

I'm coming from a MFLB (loved it a lot) and want an upgrade that is at least almost as portable/discreet. I will be using this at public places, especially concerts. I loved the simplicity and function of the MFLB and am pretty flexible with my options. Only requirement really is that it's discreet and I would like to spend less if possible. Here are my choices:

Pinnacle Pro - $140 @ vaporseller.com
(Also $105 on eBay are these real?)

Indica v2 - $150 @ eBay

Firewood 2.1 - $95 @ firewoodvapes.com

Flowermate 5.0s - $85 @ puffitup.com and eBay

I was considering an Arizer Solo since it's $127 on MassDrop but it's definitely not that portable.

I suggest the Imag+ over the Flowermate. Its much better form factor and hits harder with quicker session options if your needed to be where you want to quicker.

The Flowermate is great for battery, but the Firewood wins in terms of vapor quality and speed to get a hit.

The Solo is the definition of portable. But it's not stealty when among a crowd.

I think the Imag+ appeals more to people used to water tools and big hits. For me the FM5.S hits already hard enough as I'm a slow sipper and it feels more like smoking a spliff. It has a glass mouthpiece where the Imag+ is plastic, it's super easy to clean, excellent battery life, and it costs less.

The Firewood is great yes, better taste, super clean and safe materials, but I use mine very rarely whereas I use the FM5.S daily. Again I think it invites to take larger hits than what I enjoy as you can't really sip hit and need to take long lung inhalations.

Solo and Indica are both excellent vapes, you can't go wrong with them. I'd avoid the PNP though, it's the black sheep in your list IMHO.

Vapor doesn't vary in "quality" from one model to another. A particular model may provide bigger hits more easily, reach temp quicker, have better control over temp, but vapor is vapor. The most basic, homemade vape can provide the same vapor you'll get from the most expensive models on the market. More sophistication/higher price just means the vapor production and temp are easier to control.

I've enjoyed using the FM. It does the job and is easy to use and maintain. I did drill out the middle hole on the restrictor plate a little and replace the mp screen with a freer flowing standard ss screen, but I don't feel it's necessary. They'll also soon be producing a variable temp model (Pro) and a smaller version (Mini). Of the other models listed I've only used the Indica, which is very good quality, but I feel like it's less discrete than the FM.

I would make sure to buy the indica from an authorized seller, if you decide to go that route. It is a very nice tool but has had some issues, but they are a great company that will always take care of you. I have not used the others, but the other three members who commented know their shit.

Edit-solo with a wooden 14mm water adapter is really stealth imo, just a tad in the chunky side.

Imo vapor definitely varies in quality from model to model. Part of what you describe are what leads to the varying quality of the vapor between different devices.

What I described as differences does not qualify as better or lesser 'quality'. If a homemade lightbulb vape can produce the same vapor you get with any 'store bought' vape (and it can), no matter the price, then there is no difference in 'quality'.

I know the Solo isn't on your list. It's not the skinniest girl on the block. It's about the size of a can of Red Bull. With a wooden stem you would get more bang for the buck and a quality vaporizer. The Solo can be easily hidden in a McDonalds cup using the straight stock stem. I've shown this photo before. This is from last summer. Where's the Solo?

I ended up snagging the Flowermate 5.0s (Variable temp) for $85 on sale from puffitup.
It was the best in terms of value (Same price as the MFLB) and seemed to have really positive feedback from people who have used it. I figured I'd save $50+ and get at least 80% of what the better (Solo, Indica) vapes had. The FM is the largest size I'm okay with.

The flowermate is a great vape, not the thickest vapor but gets the job done for sure!
