Plug-in vaporizer LSV or NANO

Hello,

I'm looking for a good plug-in vaporizer.

Already looked a couple of times in the LSV and NANO thread.

Unfortunately i still don't know which one to pick.

LSV = good for big hits and if you wanna get really vaped?

NANO = more efficient en slightly better taste?

The LSV is available in 220V edition, while the nano is only available in 110V.

I live in europe so i could buy a voltage converter but will the unit still work properly?

So i slightly have a preference for the LSV, but again what people are telling about the nano is nothing but positive.

Just need some people to convince me which one i should buy.

I think the LSV will have a better taste, all you need to take into account is how much you fill the bowl. Overfill leads to uneven roasting.

Between the two i would choose the LSV because it's 220V. I believe a converter works perfect but it's another piece of equipment hanging around that i need to carry.

Nano will give huge hits and will do so off of less material but as was already said the ability to get a 220v unit is a big selling point for you IMO.

Thanks for the advice, well buying a converter and carrying it with me is not really a big deal for me.

I read some posts about people having problems using a voltage converter with a vaporizer.

I just wonder if the unit will still work properly?

And obviously from what i read on the forum it seems people like the nano a bit better compared to the LSV.

I've been here for a VERY long time and read these boards religiously and it is FAR from obvious, at least to me, that people here like the Nano better than the LSV.

Two different animals though.

I'd agree with lwien. Far from obvious. The LSV is from a major vape brand and they sell a ton of 'em, while the e-nano is barely known outside this forum. I own an e-nano myself and use it often, but if I needed a 220V vape I'd be buying an LSV, given the choice between those two, assuming I wanted to always use water filtration, and considering the SSV or DBV if I didn't. With a quality, ready to go vape for 220V, I wouldn't mess with a converter. The 7th Floor models are bigger hitters. If you want help in conserving herb, the nano is probably the better choice. Otherwise I'd get the LSV.

I personally prefer the LSV in group sessions and the nano for solo use. I medicate by myself more often than not though.

For my use, the number of people is usually the deciding factor on what I reach for between the two.

Have you also considered the UD or the HI? They both allow for high temp vaping and efficency, without the need to resort to a converter and with a very confortable size.

I think the UDs have a holiday promotion as well.

I have two Nanos operating on voltage converters, never had a problem. Just throwing that out there.

Same size as your regular plug-in converter, like you'd use for a HI if you don't have a VPS

Ok cool, so the nano works great with a voltage converter which sells on ebay for $15.

I'm still stuck choosing between the two, they are both great vaporizers it seems.

I'm slightly having a preference for the LSV, only downside is people are complaining about using more.

What i read from the Nano thread is nothing but positive feedback and it seems it's really efficient.

Anyway i'm looking for a plug-in vaporizer to match with a 18,8mm bubbler.

Have you also considered the UD or the HI? They both allow for high temp vaping and efficency, without the need to resort to a converter and with a very confortable size.

I think the UDs have a holiday promotion as well.

Thank you for proposing, but not really looking for a log vape, they are nice though.

FYI-the e-nano is a log vape, despite not being a 12V design.

I suggest you use the e-nano and LSV threads in the plug in vaporizer section to finalize your decision.

The gong size of the bubbler is not a deciding factor between the two.

The main difference, to me, is size and efficiency. The efficiency in convection units like the LSV and the Nano is more a function of bowl volume than anything else, which is why the Nano is more efficent.

Apart from that they are pretty much the same. Same type of element, temp control.

Why are you going for the LSV over the Nano?

Log vapes are very good for doing just that; conserving. Nowadays, even the log vapes are hard hitters. The Nano fits perfectly into this category. Sounds like you would enjoy one.

They operate similarly and both pack a powerful punch. The Nano will have more restriction but not enough to make it uncomfortable to use with a water path. The bowl is smaller and will tend to be more efficient because of this. Leave the log on 24/7 - not really an option with the LSV. The Nano is less than half the size and looks discreet. Taste will be better with the LSV since it has an all glass airpath whereas the Nano just has an all glass vapor path. The spherical joint on the LSV is a big selling point for me, I like being able to redirect the airflow to decrease hot spotting.

Both are great vapes, its just a matter of choosing the one that fits your needs better.
