Our government bailed a lady out of Russia for bringing vape carts what do I have to worry about staying local.

I did it last summer too... between America and Europe. I threw away what I had left for the return trip. It was one less unnecessary risk.
as usual in these situations... I was relieved once through customs...
I will do it again.
