Hi fellow FCers, I'm starting this thread to make the information for my Solo Stands more convenient to find.
Currently making two different types. One was introduced a couple months back which I will refer to as the Desktop model. A new second model I'm calling the Highback model. Both models come in four colours. Basic black, blue, green and the cloud series. Customizations also available upon request.
These hand poured acrylic stands offer an attractive resting place for your Solo to call home. Your Solo will be very happy to finally be able to charge sitting proudly upward while displaying it's full glory. When it comes time to use your Solo, it might want stay attached to it's home as it offers it comfort, security and boosts a tight connection to vape while charging. The security continues with protecting the bottom of your Solo and hides any previously damaged bottoms. No space goes to waste as the inside opening within the stand can be used to store/hide a small stash.
These stands all go together the same way for mounting the connector elbow.
Although not mandatory, attaching the connector to the base makes plugging it in much easier. A hot glue gun is recommended for this for a couple reasons. Quick and easy as well as can be taken off to change if necessary.
The stand comes with two types of connectors. Only one of the connectors are used at a time. One of the connectors is meant for the Solo's manufacturer's power supplies. The second connector is for a more standard 5.5X2.1mm power supply which are more readily available. The supplies ratings must accommodate the Solo's requirements.
Follow this link for instructions sheet for installing the connector.
The Highback model has a couple addition features making it the premium version.
-can be mounted to vertical surfaces such as wall or poles and is easily detachable.
-internal stash space is larger and has a lid to further hide the stash chamber.
This wall mount opens up many option to make the Solo a home and easy to locate at all times.
The finish on these stands are very nice.
And don't forget to ask about the 14mm stand as well.
Upon request I also have power supplies and car chargers for making use of the included standard connector and setting up a second charger station.
