Yup if it doesn't seal naturally just use a short piece of high temp medical grade silicone tubing. Some have even wrapped a rubberband with success or Teflon tape IIRC. Good luck, let us know how it went! :peace:

I suggest you check out my Nu-SonG (Universal Waterpipe adapter) - the silicione is extremely pliable and can fit a varity of different mouthpieces (including my wife's E-cigs). (Note, If you're not satisfied, I will of course refund your money, but I think it might work perfectly.)

One was made about a year ago when the PNTW knockoff was just released and sold in 5+ batches. I did a bulk order and bought/shipped the extra copies. That was from Sunshinestore

Most people who went in on the bulk order had a 'meh' reaction to it. But I saw several months after that, I noticed the design had changed - more slits for more diffusion, and a few extra slits on the top splashguard. So last month I decided to "upgrade" to a better PNWT. (Note, I purchased my second PNWT knockoff from Yingmin5, no clue if it's the same as the one currently sold by Sunshinestore)

I was amazed at the differences despite how similar they all look in the pictures
1) Older PNWT knockoff was about 0.5 inches LARGER in diameter (like noticeably much larger diameter than my new PNWT).
2) Glass on my older PNWT is at least 1mm thicker than the new version
3) New version has about 50% more diffusion, and better build quality (all parts straight, no crooked splashguard)

PM me if you'd like to see more pictures of the differences. I don't know if the old version is still floating around, or if that was an early production run no longer available.
