I assume everyone knows how to extract the thc using oil (olive, canola, etc) so we skip that part.
It's quick, easier than butter based recipes, easy to carry, and a nice change of pace from Brownies.
Use the basics from this recipe:
Ingredients:
3/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
3 cups rolled oats
instructions:
Beat oil & peanut butter with mixer until well combined.
Add sugars, baking powder, & baking soda; beat well.
Beat in eggs & vanilla.
Stir in flour, then oats.
Drop by rounded teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 375 about 10 minutes
Modifications:
Use about 1/2 hazelnut butter with cocoa flavor for PB part. Add chocolate chips , and extra sugar to help counteract AVB taste (still present but not bad)
Watch carefully, burned my first batch
Serve with milk, spread PB on top for extra flavor. Crunchy outside, nice middle.
Ground oats a bit if possible
From what I can tell so far...potent
Edit: cooking temp/time can vary by oven. Watch!!
