Paying It Forward Auction: Original VaporGenie Volta

Thanks to the generosity of @VaporGenie, I have an unused original Volta that I am putting up for auction, proceeds going to @Vitolo to continue his compassion program:

The package includes:
  • two LiFePO4 batteries with safety caps
  • a charger
  • two stems
  • a brush
Because it is the original Volta, it does not include the screen, the mica insulaters, or the bamboo cover that were introduced later; however, should the winner feel that those are necessary, I promise to help obtain those items. I don't have them because although VaporGenie offered to send them to me, I did not see the need for them.

The Volta currently retails for $95. I don't expect anyone to pay more than that but I want to emphasize that this is a charity auction and leave it at that.

Rules for the auction (blatantly ripped off from @PhotoRider and modified)
  1. Payment is by PayPal.
  2. All bids are in USD ($).
  3. The minimum bid is $10.00.
  4. The minimum increment is $1.00.
  5. There is a minimum 30 minute snipe rule. If someone bids within the last 30 minutes of the auction, the auction close time extends up to 30 minutes. What this means the last 30 minutes must be bid free, so the auction will continue until 30 minutes passes without a bid.
  6. Any member can bid and as many times as you wish as long as the other rules are followed.
  7. Winner must pay within 72 hours of auction close.
  8. The Volta will be shipped after Vitolo receives payment. Buyer provides a shipping address to me by PM. I will pay shipping costs. Winner pays PayPal fees.
  9. The auction starts immediately and closes at 11:59pm plus 59 seconds EST on June 15.
Please be respectful and do not bid unless you can really pay.

"Uncle Vito" helps set up patients with medical supplies to make their journey into mmj a smooth transition. It really is a beautiful thing, all the proceeds go to patients who desperately need the help!

Oops, I overlooked linking to the Paying it forward thread. Fixed now.

When I was trying to decide on the length of the auction I anticipated that it might hit the retail price and then stall, but I went for a long deadline just in case. If @TanukiCoast wins, I'm happy with that.

Vito takes the time (and money) out of his life to help low-income medical patients that are moderately to severely disabled become informed about vaporizers and obtain one at low/no cost. He has been blessed to have manufacturers and retailers work with him, as well as FC members that donate unused vaporizers to him.
