It was easy to do except for the damn "x". The seam overlaps by about 1/8 of an inch and is barely noticeable. Have an exacto or razor blade on hand for sure! Also my heat gun helped. This is the 3d vinyl so the texture is way less slippery now.

Wow. I sent an email to Vape World today expressing my displeasure moments after I submitted my last post. They called me about ten minutes later asking to confirm my mailing address then told me they had contacted Ploom about my issue and expidited shipping directly from Ploom themselves. They then told me they were shipping me a new amethyst unit tomorrow. They have proved they do have great customer service and I can tell they strive for satisfaction. Thank you, Vape World.

Nice. I remember both places told me that Vapeworld was handling the Pax returns anyway. Not bad that you get your Pax faster and probably the new model! Ploom is cool, and when I talked on the phone to the people at Vapeworld they were nice to me.
