Out of round glass and sealing options?

Hey folks!
I have a new glass piece that has a 14mm female that is out of round. Is there a good way to seal any leakage between this and my bowl of choice. It can't be permanent. Just want to use it but it leaks quite a bit. Thanks for any tips. Have a great day!

Put a little piece of silicon tubing at the end of the male joint or the stem you are inserting.

If it's not to big of a gap you can always try teflon tape. It's not permanent and typically only about $.98 at any general/ hardware store.
