Organization tips?

I have a small end table to the left of my main desk covered with a nylon sheet and a silicone mat (grip & heat protection) when a vape is in use, that is where it and any supporting pieces go. When not in use the glass pieces have a shelf along with assorted small pieces (stems, adapters, cleaning brushes, ect) that live on a baby bottle drying rack. For those even smaller pieces (screens, concentrate pads and mouthpieces) there is a 4" diameter glass dish with a snap on lid. After that, active but less seldom used pieces go into a toolbox and deep storage is in assorted boxes and cabinets.

Okay, loving this thread. I may have spent more $$ on organization stuff than actual herbs. I think it is just one more branch of the VAS. I went a little crazy during the first weeks of quarantine had plentiful time to organize!!)
Here are a few shots of (some) of what I use…

Just an ordinary TV stand…

Inside details stage right and center…

Inside details stage left…

Inside smell-proof unground herb case:

Big crafts storage unit - I have all my cleaning supplies (ISO wipes, pipe cleaners, tips, etc), plus all the little stuff from the vapes not currently in rotation (stems, caps, adapters, etc)

Another crafts bin that is supposed to have all in rotation parts, but I need to go through at some point: (a lot of this was done during Quarantine times!!)

And finally - my in-rotation case that has already ground herbs, daily tools, vapes, etc so I can quickly zip up and tuck away when visitors come by…

Heh I have the same bag, twinsies! Lol.

I keep most of my things here on this shelf. Almost everything but a few glass pieces, larger powered pieces and what is currently in use is put up.
I try to keep butane devices in one box. Pipes and peices I can use the Neo on in another and glass pieces/accessories in a few of the larger boxes.

you’ve got some nice looking boxes there … i love boxes too and have a collection of a few!

Sometimes I’m envious of those who don’t live in small city apartments, to have room for a nice display setup would be a great thing.

I recently discovered the utility of old cigar boxes for organizing my vaporizers and accessories. They’re easily stackable and protective, they look good, made of wood with beautiful and creative design, the sides are labeled. It’s not the answer for desktops but great for portables and even logs if you find the right ones, inexpensive on eBay.

I love seeing everyone's collections and storage systems!!
Glad to have dusted off this thread!
thanks for sharing guys!!!

And so, here it is...
my emergency bag is ready ☢️

I'm going to test it tomorrow because I'm going on vacation...

the advantage is that I have almost nothing to prepare.... a few tools, my flowers and that's it!!

This is not really a bag for preparation for the invasion of zombie aliens...
When the apocalypse comes... I don't think I'll be able to recharge my batteries! not even sure that I won't start smoking again rather than vaping... but at least I would have the most beautiful pieces of craftwork relating to vaporizers... I will be able to put them in a safe place for the hope of reconstruction!!

but it reassures me to know that in the event of fire or flood, in 1 minute I can protect my vaporizers... the advantage of having reduced my collection and only having one bag!!
that said, a good solar charger might make sense!

yes, the aspect of children is to be questioned... and we will all have a different answer...

my 5 year old son seems to appreciate @Dan Morrison 's work.
he particularly likes the two nomad 1s, and even more the one on the space theme... but he told me yesterday "I saw that you had done some storage... I like what you did" (travel memories)

I hope that when he comes of age my son will be able to discover the joys of this magical plant... but I don't want him to remember his father as the one who preferred his vaporizers to his children...
I'm not going to hide my equipment, but I'm not going to put it in front of him every day!
(I know he has already forgotten that when he was 2-3 years old he helped me water my plants or do the repotting!!)

and then... no need to tidy up if you invite people to the house!!

in short.... I miss my museum because I really like my vaporizers... and seeing them but I don't regret it at all!!
