Idk the last post here was a year ago with the same complaint. It’s been like 10 days. Just for a carbon filter. i’m gonna go to a gas station and see what’s up. I don’t want to chargeback because he’s the man and I love his products they’ve lasted forever but how hard is it to reply to an email? Very shitty imo
This thread is not active at all, I'm fairly certain most of his customers are not posting here at all... I would also presume the last person to complain, I mean clearly they never came to update, we don't know if they were taken care of or not... Totally reasonable to assume Mike eventually came through for them and they never updated? Because if he never came through, they might have continued to complain... You can't really make any real assumption like that from this thread?? That was my point, throughout there has always been delays from him with communication and order fulfillment depending on timing that we know nothing about, whatever is going on in his life or whatever? Agreed it shouldn't be much to reply to emails, but apparently for some people it is, as we see time and time again... So it's totally up to you, if you want to keep following up, waiting, or doing the chargeback that you say you don't want to do...? I'm just saying from my perspective there's no reason to give up hope after 10 days at all (All you want is a carbon filter though??? Presumably it's inside glass or something I guess, I only get his adapters and hooks to vape etc nothing for smoking, but it can take time for sure, especially if he has to make them first too, regardless)
