I think this is a wrap. Placed an order asked for shipping information 8 days and no communication. I don’t want to hit a LGS because I like Mike’s pieces. But if I don’t hear back I’m gonna have to chargeback my card. Really fucking lame.

Sorry, but if it helps, I don't think you're alone, I think that happens sometimes... Depending on the timing etc. I think he will still get back to you eventually, especially if you also keep following up? Sometimes this has happened, I don't think it's anything new unfortunately, but he does seem to always come through at least eventually as far as we know??

Idk the last post here was a year ago with the same complaint. It’s been like 10 days. Just for a carbon filter. i’m gonna go to a gas station and see what’s up. I don’t want to chargeback because he’s the man and I love his products they’ve lasted forever but how hard is it to reply to an email? Very shitty imo

Idk the last post here was a year ago with the same complaint. It’s been like 10 days. Just for a carbon filter. i’m gonna go to a gas station and see what’s up. This thread is not active at all, I'm fairly certain most of his customers are not posting here at all... I would also presume the last person to complain, I mean clearly they never came to update, we don't know if they were taken care of or not... Totally reasonable to assume Mike eventually came through for them and they never updated? Because if he never came through, they might have continued to complain... You can't really make any real assumption like that from this thread?? That was my point, throughout there has always been delays from him with communication and order fulfillment depending on timing that we know nothing about, whatever is going on in his life or whatever? Agreed it shouldn't be much to reply to emails, but apparently for some people it is, as we see time and time again... So it's totally up to you, if you want to keep following up, waiting, or doing the chargeback that you say you don't want to do...? I'm just saying from my perspective there's no reason to give up hope after 10 days at all (All you want is a carbon filter though??? Presumably it's inside glass or something I guess, I only get his adapters and hooks to vape etc nothing for smoking, but it can take time for sure, especially if he has to make them first too, regardless)

He does list an address on the website. You could try sending an old fashioned letter with contact information.
