Takes a little bit extra time to clear due to the joint position, but nothing to worry about IMO. Maybe an extra second if that, but it does clear completely, no vapor is left in the can.

How would You compare the taste from the UFO and the matrix Ion...Possible experiment?:borg:

I use all my glass dry akin to the sub launch tube for cooling and collection of vapor.works really well & I no longer have those niggly coughs from expelling water from my lungs..

The hosed Ion set up I'm using is good but i might be tempted to swap over if UFO flavour is worth the extra $.The larger volume of the UFO & the mouthpiece connection will be a plus for sure.

what do you think mate?

More testing needed, but it is definitely more flavourful than my Matrix. I think my JhanPixel Aeon Glass UFO is even more flavourful, but that seems to have slightly wider slits than the FC-UFO.

I would go for it, I don't think you will regret your purchase. It will find a place in your rotation I am sure :)

Edit : I will ask steven to increase the size of the slits a fraction on mine if possible.

Feel the same about my jhan UFO. It seems like it should chug some with those big ass slits, but always hits great for me and keeps flavor very well. The volume is about one perfect hit for me, too. If I didn't have one and knew what I know now about Chinese glass, I probably would have never bought it - but very glad I have it!

I contacted Steven today about altering the UFO perc in my FC UFO.We spoke about making the perc wider and modifying function for better flavour

he said he will do a batch with a larger perc next time

I sent him photos and function videos of a few larger showerheads in action.

His mission is to get the balance right between function and flavour me thinks.

FC Atlantis.Looking forward to the results.

No I honestly i did nt think it would be an issue judging from GSH s report earlier on.

The can will empty quickly where it is.the mouthpiece could be on top like the Ion but i dont see any point.but its a good question mate.Splashback popped into my head after reading your post.

@GSH or others with the UFO,have You noticed any splashback above the mouthpiece gong drawing quickly.

Wondering if I could use an EQ elbow and hose in the mouthpiece section.What are the chances of the hose filling with water.Say,when i rest the hose mouthpiece on the table After a hit.

Thanks..It will be good to iron out any issues so future revisions improve.

i have asked for a slightly wider base on my version.too only because i plan to use it hookah style..I would love the look of the clear matrix base but with a decent vape on top ,hose and claison & shottie in the UFO it could fall at some point , especially when im over medicated which still happens haha...always nice overmedicating dont let anyone tell You otherwise:rockon:

I might have to add a whip adapter and mouth piece to my Joda order and delay the ufo purchase.... or do I get the ufo now and save up to do a second huge Joda order later in the year... decisions decisions

First thoughts when I saw the box was RIP she had a good life in a box. But I opened her and videod just incase. And to my absolute suprise she survived. The box was ABSOLUTELY mauled. The sellers should put FRQGILE on them.


First reviews. Amazing. I cant stop dabbing and its 9 am here. Craftsmanship seems amazing and function just blew me outta the water.

However, i would never do business with kathy, she didnt do anything wrong but im impatient. She dosnt value her customers enough to ship as soon as possible like we do in america and stevenlmz does. She will ship when she wants. If you have the 50$ and dont care if its tied up for a month and you could end up getting nothing. Take the chance. What is life without risk. I now have a perfectly functioning fab egg for 50$. Lifes great. Contacted steven and he is giving me a small discount for my mega order.

So much glass, so little money spent. YAY

Here is the possible UFO v2. I came up with this right after he made the first one with the connection lower on the can but by the time I showed him he had already moved it up. So he said he will do this later on.

Replacing the support with a secondary air passage provides added strength and also alleviates any concerns about clearing issues. Additionally it will greatly reduce the chance of any water being sucked into the whip

I'd buy the v2. Adding that second air path may even recycler water a little lol. Kinda like those recycler ash catchers ;) so sorta recycler :wave:
