Aswell as 6.99 for 3 feet of hemp wick.

In my opinion your product looks good but your accesorys are over priced

I wouldn't have any use for the lighter or the hempwick. I would suggest a version without those and with a grinder that grinds very finely not coarse. Most vapes work best with a finer grind. Good luck with it.

Not to be condescending, but have you done any market research? Very, very few people will even consider buying that unless the price is significantly lowered. Reason being is that you can purchase the tools separately and not only will they be much cheaper, they will also perform better.

@Bouldorado we have done quite the extensive market research! From our research a quality grinder here in Colorado-at any shop we visited is $30-60, quality dabbers/stainless tools are expensive too! Many of those kits cost $40-60. As for doing the job better, why is that?

I would also like to note that we are a start up company, and every OmniHV is manufactured exclusively in Denver, Colorado. With any business there are start up costs, and obviously our price will fluctuate a little bit; as Elevated Mechanics continues to expand!

@NinjaMindTriks I will say that I have used the OmniHerbiVore for many grindings to be used in a vaporizer. I have tested the ground material in a Volcano, Sublimator, and SSV with great success!

The tool maker has reached a good distance in rationalizing this Smokers tool's application in the Vaporizer Only forum.
I could make a great argument for why each unfolding blade of a Swiss Army Knife was designed to be used in my Vaporizer routine.
Not a flame or attack ... just giving a consumer reaction here.


I have used my fingers in the past in many grindings to be used in a vaporizer. I have tested my finger ground materials in a dozen Vaporizers, and I vaporized with success. Regardless, it has been many years since I have used my fingers!

As a CO resident I fully support local businesses. I understand you're a start up, but the product cost is simply too high for an accessory. I might change my opinion if the product had a built in pipe, but as it is now, it is entirely supplemental to some other device.

When you make a multi-tool, regardless of the application, you compromise the individual tools for the sake of portability. Literally every multi tool I've owned, from a swiss army knife to an adjustable teaspoon to a bike wrench, has had this issue. Whether it's improved strength, maneuverability, or overall function, an individual tool is better suited to the job.

As for pricing, you might be competitive in a headshop, but not online:

• 2.2", 4 chamber sharpstone grinder. $30
• 12 pc stainless steel dabber set. $16
• Hempwick dispenser case for bic. $8
• 3/8" stainless steel screens, 50 pc. $4

Total cost is $58, including shipping.

As Elevated Mechanics we strive to meet the markets demands, we are new and will find our niche! I fully expected trial by fire-the best of the best in my opinion have also went through this test, some of my favorite vaporizers; were first frowned upon on FC. In due time people started to realize they had a quality product, and are now loved!

I don't smoke anymore so no need for most of those tools. I do agree a vaping version mulitool might be nice if priced attractively.

I HAVE to say though... in the next videos you release I think you might need to learn how to pronounce Omni... or change the name to Omini - I thought maybe the name was Omini by the pronounciation and had to look at thread/product title again to confirm the name. Am I the only one?? lol.

The idea is good. The price is too much. Half the price would be fair.

For 120USD i'd rather buy another vaporizer or a glass piece.


I'd make two different tool sets instead, one for combusters and one for vaporists and dabbers.

I'd include a spoon with a standard measure as well. And a brush. I use a brush everytime.

I'd use a diferent system for the grinder. Perhaps just a top cover with a small handle to spin and grind the material instead of the whole lighter thingy. That will make it smaller which is good for portability.

And for vaporists i'd loose the lighter thingy or make it an option and loose the hemp wick compartment and replace it for a small stash box, albeit slightly bigger than the wick compartment.


As it stands the omniherbivore is a tool tailored specifically for combusters. And i agree with Vito, a swiss knife is 5x less and allows you much more tools for a vaporist arsenal. We don't need lighters, or hemp wicks and many don't use grinders often either.

The E- Nano has been a recent favorite for vaporizing whole nugs.
Even with that vaporizer I personally grind.
I have an entire collection of grinders, but have pretty much settled i to using my 2 favorites, that performed better in most situations.
I do have a couple of vaporizers that I assign specific grinder.. that seems best with a particular setup.

Lotus Vaporizer, Vaponic, E-nano, Hi, Vapolution, just from the top of my head. Many others would work well, all you need is convection heating and cover the screen area so the air does not go around the nugg, by the sides.

You mentioned the Volcano, the Sub and the SSV. The Volcano has too large of a bowl to use whole nugs, the Sub has a lot of conduction and radiation so grinding is best. But the SSV should work well, give it a try. The first hits are less thick but have much more taste nuances, the taste is more floral/fruity and less green.

My main home unit, the Herbalaire, works great with whole buds. I just drop a tiny bud into the crucibal, and vape away. It never fails to thoroughly extract all the good stuff. It also never ceases to amaze me how efficient the HA is at doing that too.

There's always room for more vaporizer tools. I would second the brush and spoons addition. The price seems very high for what it does, but since I haven't held one couldn't say 100% that it isn't worth what their asking for it.

I stopped grinding for most of my vapes, the only ones that don't work well are conduction vapes that use a trench type chamber( mflb, palm, Flashvape, vg volta) or my iolite/wispr's.

The Davinci, no2 ,PN and t-Vape all work well with pieces of bud.

The Vapolution 2.0 and the HerbalAire manufacturers both recommend using unground herb. Getting both in the last few months has me rethinking the need to grind.

I just got two "pipe" multitools for about $8. Long narrow spoon, tamper thing, and a pokey thing.

I use the spoon for filling my ELBs. the tamper doesn't fit anything I use to vape with.

I would love a similar set that was actually designed for MJ & vaporizing. Better scoop spoon. a resin scraper, a cleaning bristle brush, maybe a very narrow herb "grinder", like epicvape has on their picks.

Consider your market first, not the money you need to make.
