Well my first impressions of the Omicron V4 2100mah have been pretty positive overall. I got mine Tuesday afternoon, proceeded to charge it up, and enjoyed it thoroughly over the next few days. Unfortunately, starting Friday I began running into some issues with my Omicron, namely with being able to use it at all. I am curious if it has something to do with the battery issues. Now I really wish I had a back up vape! lol oh well, at least I've got alternative options for helping with my back. I sent in a support ticket already, and I know W9 will take care of it, they always do! Just providing my personal experience so far.
Overall though, I really like the feel of the unit, very solid feel in the hand, I appreciate the change to steel for sure over the old aluminum bodies Omis! The KISS AC has been awesome, taking a bit of time to learn how to use it exactly as I want. The dual coil been leaking a small amount of oil down into the base of the AC, but nothing a little scrub with 99% Iso can't fix! I noticed it after I was pushing it pretty hard, so it seems like running it for too long certainly makes the oils too runny and leak through the unit. But that is simple physics there given air flow channels, though it does seem slightly counterintuitive given the extra size of the cup, even with cool down hits. I was interested to see if I could load a large amount in once earlier in the day and just keep using it, but I'll likely go back to my old pattern and just load small amounts at a time.

You certainly have a loyal customer with me, between the innovative products and excellent customer service, I can't imagine needing to use a different brands product! Even with my issues, I'd highly recommend the V4 to those who are thinking about it, when mine was working it hit like a beast!
