Could it be the carts that are DOA ?
I know for my Omi-lite carts , ( 1.5 and 2.4 )
They warm to the touch when engaged .

Hmm please submit a ticket on our site I will get on it on the 26th when I get back to work. Most likely we either have two dead batteries or we have a dead omicron.

I am but it is because of our customers that my kids can enjoy Christmas and my pleasure to make every single ones of their holidays run as smooth as my families does.
In other words as Long as I'm alive no matter what I'm here. I hate it when companies sell a product but no where to be found when you really need them and the holidays doesn't make a difference as some people don't celebrate Christmas. So why let them suffer for my beliefs. Even Christ would not approve of me enjoying Christmas while others are miserable. Sorry egg nog is a bit strong.

Can someone please help me? I have an omicron Ophos and 2.5 but I have a 2.4 ohm and a 1.5 ohm cart I'm getting a gram of some "honeycomb crumble" which cart should I use on which omicron help! Thanks btw both carts have already been Used.. I put shatter in the 1.5 and the 2,4 has had oil and crumble before

What do you mean? as in to rebuild the kiss carts?
Due to Temporary proprietary techniques The Ti Kiss Carts will not have the rebuild option. I will explain this once we get the carts sold online. You have to understand there are reasons why no company does Ti Grade 2 wire its because they simply do not have the research and we cant give them the research and have them catch up to us without us having the carts out on the market ourselves.
Hope this can be respected for now.
