First off, howdy, welcome to the fun. Sorry it's from a negative first post, but that can probably be fixed.
First off, loading instructions are on the D9 web site, at the top in 'instructions'. You want the first:

So, tell me about your concentrate and what's happening. Any vapor? Erratic? Leaks? That kind of stuff.

My new v2 has also crashed the same way, three flashes, no heat, but being an electrician I smelled the switch. It was burnt. I figure theres a defect in the switch and if this many people have the same problem then the manufacturer should determine whats wrong and have it corrected.

On the upper right hand side of the home page click on submit new ticket.
Ok update on the 1701's with gold.
Minor clogs, but its still going. .4 left in it and we shall see how low can it go before it stops producing vapor.
I will load up a few more with other types and lets see how they work.
Update.
I had a scary moment while trying to vape the l ast .4 thats in there. I was down to .3 and the vapors started to die off, telling me that either the heater went out or .3 of oil had vanished. Well after some working seems like the vapor is back but only if you hold it at an angle. Something to think about but it started producing vapor again. Now lets see how it goes for the last .3.

Not yet.
testing for the 1701's on gold is positive.
abotu .17 left in the cartridge its still producing vapor not huge hits but enough if you take a 15 second rip to hold its own. The heater keeps going as i did over 3 grams into this thing and yet to see a leak. Im sure there is residual on the walls and some small amounts of leaked through the design maybe stuck under the heater but its ready for small production run. I just loaded up some wax about .4 into a new cartridge lets see how that works.

Really interested to hear how waxes work in the 1701's.
Worked great for 5 minutes then eater gave out. Time for a new prototype.

Bummer. This was a new cart? Hopefully an artifact of the prototyping, that kind of stuff happens.
Otherwise, the testing sounds very promising. Neat as Omicron carts are, improvements would be very nice.

Yes its just a prototype issue, but we have 3 more on the testing block, im already confident its going to work as i have 500 2.4's being put into production once final testing is done this week. Then people on fc will test it out and we will go on and make changes so on and so forth.

You know after i said something about not improving the 1701's i was mistaken as some how i thought of like 10 improvements in the future. Funny thing is my empty heat never stops working.
Well its empty on free space. Need to rest.
1701's work on all our vapes.

G- Are ther min/max load sizes associated with these new carts? And if 2.4ohm @3.7v carts are first, what might follow??

You can also easily find 'USB extension cables' (male/female) in several lengths which I find more convenient sometimes.
