Not to bad mouth other companies, but everyone complains about D9V not giving clear directions. Well, I ordered the Thermovape Dart LV for my Omicron. (I got impatient for the nail cart)
I open the envelope to find my dart cart...thats is. no direction, no explaination, no clue how much to fill, how to clean, even how to hit it. you know the main things you should know. And not even a receipt in my envelope.
I know the dart is the equivalent to a cart and D9V's carts dont come with directions. But the LV dart is sold with intention of being used on any 3.7v. D9V does not recommend theirs for other batteries.(even though we know it works)
So to whoever was talking trash about D9V's minimal directions, be thankful you atleast got some kind of instruction on how to use it. Or even a receipt with a phone number you could call if you have issues.
Like i said not bad mouthing other companies cuz they both have their own great products, just saying D9V's instructions and Customer support are not as bad a you made it sound. We have to understand that there are so many variables that we can just have a clear instruction book for all.
D9V gives you the basic's and its up to us to perfect our technique. But atleast D9V gave us the brief 1 page starter manual.
Sorry for my rant. Time for a giant Dab to chill out
