Yes the 710 special is 16 cart unit.
When you saw breal give his persei away on screen that was to me, i gave it back. Its a little hard to get people to learn how to use that bad boy, but im working with Breal to get it down.

I assume your talking about the bottom cap of the omicron V2? If so here is the bottom cap. Took some pics on phone and upload to pc and then uploaded on net for ya.

Ya i knew you were going to blow your own glass. I was wondering what kinds of tubes you were going to make and if they are going to be very expensive like most of the glass on ALT. I don't have any glass and have been very impressed with the persei so I want to see what you guys are going to make glass wise because if its up to your current standards i don't mind waiting to see what you guys produce.

I have not ordered carts since the release of the 1.5 ohm cart and I am about to order two packs for me and a friend. I like the sound of the bigger quicker hit from the 1.5 but would love some advice.. How hard is it to kill a cart? And is the hit bigger and faster? Is it harsher? Should I buy two packs of 1.5 s or one of each.

personally i would go for 1.5 - i haven't killed a cart yet. much bigger, much faster. i usually am using shatter or close which takes a lot and it works for me

I find that the 1.5s are prone to leakage when using oils (I lost a gram of pure gold). I also find that the 1.5s still clog easily and gets restrictive flow.

@ bob loblaw I also only use shatter or glass bho in the omi The last batch of shatter I got stays glassy even warmer than past batches. i loaded two 2.4 carts with it and could not get either to prime. I have not had a dud cart yet and assume maybe my oil was too glassy to prime. have you had this problem? The cart got warm but would not hit just the nasty taste from the cart. do you think the hotter nature of the 1.5s will help? Has anyone else had a hard to prime more solid oil?

yea, the other guy is using pure gold which is super runny and must be babied at that wattage. you'll be much happier w/ the 1.5

my last fill of honeycomb wax was really hard to prime and get going at first, I spent almost 2 hours heating the cart(2.4ohm) and trying to hit it over and over again till it finally got melted down. Then it started hitting really good, just took 2 hours of work haha. All my other cartridges I've been able to load in less then 20 minutes.

Our glass will be through us only if i am not mistaken, but until we produce it i dont know what the cost will be. Different pieces different work and different prices.

If its ideal to keep the charge over 80%, I recharge my battery daily (or at least after every decent sized sesh)

[one of the reasons me moved over to the 1300's(mAh)] ,at least 'til the '"O-PHOS"'

Are new carts planned that are more leak resistant with oils and more resistant to clogging and air flow restriction?
I just lost most of a gram of pure gold due to a leaking 1.5 cart that was clogged and congested.

Oh sorry I didn't answer yeseterday, and was up all night. No the V2 blue light doesn't flicker.
Yes we have a engineering conference this weekend and have a concept planned out and hopefully will get into prototypes.
