Ya know, I really have my doubts that guys like O'Rielly, or Rush, or even Beck for that matter, really believes half the shit they come up with. I really think it's all about money. They know what will resonate with their target audience, and so..........they feed it. Same thing with these hypocritical politicians. They are just playing towards their constituency. So, it's not really surprising when we see their actions in conflict with their public persona. In the business world, I would say that rather than being the exception, that it is, in fact, the norm. I mean, does anyone really think that Michael Jordon wears Hanes underwear or that McDonald execs would even have one bite from a Quarter Pounder?
Hypocrisy seems to be the norm, not the exception, be it politicians, radio or tv pundits, sports figures, religious leaders, or anyone who plays and works in the public arena.
