This is the only other picture that was on the site but the final version is suppose to be slightly different and have a few upgraded parts. I'll post up more pictures when I get it. I also bought this ceramic nail from the same place for $30.
What website/company did you buy it from?
I'll be sure to post a review when I receive it and if I have the chance, I'll compare it to my DIY E-nail that I haveHe bought them from http://www.domeless.com/
@Aaron I'd love to hear your thoughts on both those products (nail and heater).

No I haven't but if you have the money to spare, I say you should definitely build one. Assuming you have a dremel, soldering iron, wire cutters, etc., you could probably get all the parts and coil for under $200. I have a few regular coils for the infiniti nail w/ XLR connectors for $70 if your interested (5/8" coil w/ silicone sheathing). The PID should be $30-35, SSR - $10, Rocker switch - $5, Power Cord - $5, XLR chassis mount - $5, AC Adapter - $5, Wires - $10, a plastic case $10-20, and some wire connectors and shrink wrap for another $10. You can get all the parts on eBay and Amazon but check eBay first because lots of the listings have free shipping compared to Amazon. Also if you want, I have an extra 5 pin XLR chassis mount + red 3 pin rocker switch I could sell you for like $7Awesome
Have you written about your DIY e-nail on here? I'm considering making one but most of the builds I've seen cost over 200. For that price it's not really worth it personally.

I haven't tried the D-nail but you should look on E-nails Only or Electric nails for sale FB groups for reviews. You can also find the owner on there if you have any specific questions. Every post I've seen about the d-nail has been nothing but good and the remote start seems pretty awesome. Customer service seems to be great too.Anyone try the Dab Easy D-Nail 2.0 yet? Local club is selling the shit out of them recently. Sorry in advance if this was already covered.
lol yeah i know i overpaid but my friend goes to an ivy league uni so i assume he's a busy guy with school/the other lil projects he does. didnt want him to say "oh yeah sure" and then just put it off for a month. is a rocker switch just the on/off switch? if so, it's on the backhishighness: You have a really lucky friend.. He got about $50+/hr of work lol. I'd be down to build one for $325 if I had the people to build for haha. You should tell him to throw another rocker switch on the front of the case, it would look a bit nicer and you can turn your coil on/off when you want. Also what do you think is the best temperature to use on that ceramic nail? The last time I used it with my regular coil, a bunch of oil just pooled up so I went back to my infiniti.. Regarding the HE nail caps, they're already out for sale. I seen selling them for $45 or $50
sent him the instructions and he said looked easy enough. $200 for parts
oh yeah i'll edit that post, it's just the reddit diy enail (as shitty as 99% of reddit is, it's worth it for those 1% posts like this lol)Instructions? Any chance you can share them here or shoot me a pm? I only dab a couple times a day at most so I never really thought an enail was worth the cost for me. If I can put one together myself for around $200, I'd love to give it a shot.

havent done enough tests with the ceramic yet, was planning on doing a more complete write up in the ceramic nail thread. doesn't work very well at a low temp but i just threw it up to 900*F and it's looking much better (cleaned to white after ~10 min). i ordered one of those new non-glazed heads and i think that one will clean much quicker. if it doesn't i think i'm just going to get one of those flat coils and the washers solely for use on the ceramic
are we talking about the same thing? this is what i mean:
like you can buy just the top enail cap and screw it in, is this what you saw? task put this up on ig a couple weeks ago but he only said wholesale orders so i figured itd be a bit before it made it to ALT, etc.
another switch for the coil? would that let me keep the box "heated up" when the coil's off? that'd be neat but honestly can't say it matters enough to me to get it switched. probably if i need something fixed i'll have him throw it on, thanks for the heads up. appreciate the link as well, i've kik'd him so hopefully grab one of those soon.Yeah I'm talking about a 2nd on/off switch. One is for the main unit, the 2nd is for the coil. Check the reddit link wiring diagram to see what I'm talking about. I just think it would make your e-nail a bit nicer and it would be nice to add another function to it since you paid $440 lol.
Regarding the HE Nail tops, the guy selling it for $50 is LukeAt DowntownFog on Facebook. Just send him a message if your interested. If I see anyone else selling it (hopefully cheaper), I'll post a link. Here's a pic he posted. You should also check out the new v2 nail domeless released. Seems pretty cool and you won't have to purchase a flat coil for the regular nail
