I'm pretty sure that there is nothing proprietary in all of the enail controller designs, they're all using pretty standard industrial controllers and techniques. most of them aren't really much in the way of a power supply, it's an SSR (solid state relay) wired to the mains triggered by a temperature controller of some description, the power handling will be defined by the max current/voltage that the SSR can handle along with the size of the fuse.
