Newbie question

I searched 2nd hand vapor and second hand vapor and got no results.

Stupid question, no doubt, but nevertheless I'm totally new to vaporizing so I don't know:

Is "2nd hand vapor" the same as 2nd hand smoke? That is, can a child or person in the room where I'm vaporizing get high from my 2nd hand vapor just as they would from 2nd hand smoke? (I assume the answer is yes, but...)

Also I noticed the Purple Days site saying something about a "waste tobacco" bag? Is that for keeping the smoke from going into the air? Or?

the bag for the Purple days is for collecting herb that has been vaped (you can use it too make edibles).

and as far as 2nd hand vapor goes... the vapor you exhale is vapor that your body didnt absorb so it still contains THC
