Mine isn’t working well either. The plastic gets hot, brittle and unusable.

I have been using my Hive 2.0.

Amazing when there is a problem, how the reps hide & disappear.
Will not respond about those crap plastic small pod ruined a good idea.
All the pods, either crack, dissolved or worse.
Lucky we treat them as they should have been marketed A Disposable pen after
1 or 2 uses if lucky pod doesn't fall apart on you.
Needs to 1 gram & Glass Pod.
I see they sell for less than $10 for real Yocan ones, that says enough.

Actually, only use pen on tennis court, replaced by Sai TAF, look like I'm Vaping ecig.

I ordered one it came today was planning to use it with pre filled cartridges and maybe some honey oil

I ordered one it came today was planning to use it with pre filled cartridges and maybe some honey oil

I would enjoy it , refill it 2x safely with a 1 gram syringe of thick or thin oil.
It is just cheap plastic pod that develops cracks & breaks off at threads, making a mess and costing you more than the $10 I paid.
It hit's good on medium setting, I liked it, but Yocan is unresponsive.
