Currently own a crafty and 2018 M dynavap both of which I love, was thinking of changing to a mighty for on the go and a plenty for home use or stick with the crafty for out and about and bite the bullet and get volcano hybrid for the house ????
What's your opinions guys

Sounds like you have the bases covered already for 'on the go' unless you use a vape 'on the go' often, then you may think the Mighty a necessary upgrade, I'm an in house user 95% of the time so investing in the Plenty and Volcano seem a good idea, unless your a Heavy Hitter, then a Flower Pot might be an alternative? At any rate, this weekend is the time to spend, you won't see better prices!

I have a peeve about the volcano offerings only in that they use the bags. If these are a standard requirement, that would kill any deal for me. For the time being, indoor is not in my cards so I only give it passing consideration. Sticker shock was my original reaction although I am learning this is the norm with vape-goodies.

I think you're fine. the mighty's pretty much the same as the crafty except for battery life (and the new crafty fixes that), so a mighty would be a lateral move. I don't own a plenty or volcano but I'm pretty sure I've seen posts from people who say neither is a major improvement over the mighty.

you might be suffering from VAS.

I think it’s worth looking beyond the S&B offerings, but if you want to stick with them the Crafty is more portable than the Mighty, and the Volcano Hybrid should be better than the Plenty, although it is a lot more expensive. They all have pretty good reputations though, so if nothing about them bothers you and you like the way they’re used (bags and whips for the desktops), you shouldn’t be disappointed by any of them.

All the plastic keeps me away from them, personally. I’d hoped that their new models would move away from that, but it seems not...they’re probably pretty safe as long as the plastic doesn’t melt, but it bothers me and I’m sure it has some impact on the taste... :2c:

Mighty tastes like shit compared to the Plenty (both with glass J\hooks to get around the plastic) it just takes more lung capacity to take advantage of the convection beast.:2c:

I've watched Troy on 420vapezone do reviews on these monster vapes like the Volcano hybrid and, just yesterday he reviewed the Plenty. I'm watching these videos thinking that all these vapes are way overpriced and way too massive for me. In massive I mean that these vapes produce massive amounts of vapor by requiring massive amounts of herb to fill their gigantic bowls. It would take me a week to use the amount of herb that the Plenty required for just two loads. I believe vapes like the Plenty and Volcano, and even the Mighty, are great vapes but for me I would only buy one if I needed to share with several people in one session. For a single user who requires a modest amount of vapor to get wrecked, all these vapes would be extremely wasteful. However, if you party session or have a huge tolerance then these vapes will certainly do their job.

It was funny watching Troy last night with the Plenty. He went into his first use wondering how this Dr. Suess looking vape would measure up. Well, that thing kicked his ever-lovin ass. I can't believe he kept packing and vaping because even he could barely handle all the fucking vapor that son-of-a-bitch was dishing out. In a previous video, his Volcano hybrid was producing so much vapor that even during the session he became overwhelmed with vapor, the vapor got stale in the last bag, and he ended up dumping almost half a bag into the air.

The Mighty is a weed hog and I agree with @BabyFacedFinster that the plastic airpath and bulky size are also lame. Not to mention the absurd price for a vape that hasn't improved in ten years apart from the modest battery bump.

I remember watching a news report a few years ago that focused on the struggle of a elderly lady who depended on cannabis to help with her pain and need to maintain her appetite. The purpose was to show how it was hard for her to obtain her medicine because of cost and availablility due to living in a non-medical state and that sometimes she would have to go without.

I remember the video showed how she medicated, as she was filling a giant bag in a volcano unit. I thought it was very sad and unfortunate that no one recommended a better vaporizer for her. Here she was with a limited supply of medicine and they had her pumping half a gram at a time into a cavernous Volcano bowl to create enough vapor to stone a donkey. She would have been so much better off with something like a log vape or a VB box vape.

I can't say that I agree with that.

I can put a partial load (say .15 g) in a Mighty, top it with the liquid pad, and it not only runs well...it actually extracts more fully due to extra conduction from the LP.

Now, Plenty yes. And Volcano...yeah. But not Mighty IMO.
I'm sure you're right that it's relative. Both the Plenty and the Volcano are known for being the biggest weed hogs of all time though right? So saying a Mighty is more efficient than those two isn't much of a claim for the Mighty to make. That's kinda like saying the Mighty is the best because the Crafty doesn't even have a display.

The biggest problem I have with the Mighty is that Troy has everyone convinced all they need to do is spend $349 on that ugly old dinosaur of a vape and they'll be in portable heaven. Not to say S&B's head-in-ass prices are at all his fault; Troy is also great at sharing deals. But while Troy makes great videos and does as much as anyone on earth to keep everyone informed and entertained about weed vapes, my hunch is that his perspective is skewed by his tolerance. Like if I was vaping five or ten grams a day I'd probably have more appreciation for the Mighty turning a full bowl into seven or eight big hits and then suddenly producing no vapor. At my level I expect more from .3g.

The Plenty runs best with a full load of bud (1g more or less) with the magic fading as the load size drops. So it might be worth considering available of bud supply, costs, etc. Good Luck and enjoy.

No, I'm not saying that the Mighty is efficient in terms of comparison to the Volcano or Plenty.

What I am saying is that the Mighty does indeed run very well with smaller load sizes and extracts fully.

So, unless you are viewing efficiency in different terms than I, I find the Mighty to be perfectly fine with efficiency with my flower.

I own the mighty, plenty and the classic volcano. They are all different to me vapor wise not the same at all, And all are very versatile, you can load them full if you need to, I don't I am a light weight so I just use the dosing capsules with reducer in all of them and I love it. I don't waste product at all very efficient, if I need more I just pop in another capsule, quick and easy. Keeps everything nice and clean too. If I want to party I use the normal bowl and go all out. Flavor from storz bickle is great to me it's not bad, there is better tasting vapes like the rbt splinter z, mv1. s&b just produces alot more clouds very easily. The best thing about S&B products is they are so easy to use, this the most important thing to me. Also durability is big thing, vapes that use glass are a little scary for me. I recently sold my classic volcano and have a volcano hybrid coming my way, cant wait to compare them all.

I find my Plenty quite frugal, compared to a 3 paper, both hold about the same but I can vape for well over an hour, close to 2 compared to 5 to 7 mins for the joint.:myday:
It is not called a Plenty due to being a good microdoser.

I can feed a group of 4-6 people with 4-6 rotations off a bowl in the Mighty, if you're only getting 7 hits maybe try a better nug.

Any vape not made in China is gonna be more expensive, look how much Dynavap goes up every year... not that long ago the M was $40. I think a WoodScents is almost $500,
Flowerpot can easily run $400-600. Heck the Solo is still a few hundred bucks and it's heater tech is even older than the Mighty, Arizer has made at least 5 different vaporizers over the last decade with the same heater.
