Just got a water hash oil rig with ceramic nail purchased ceramic carb for it. Im confused on how it works. If I heat up the nail and place the dab in with then cover with the carb it works ok but the bho still burns off quickly. Im thinking I should put the bho on the nail and cover with the carb then heat, Is this correct?

If you want to properly use the carb cap, your nail should be cool enough that it doesn't vape the dab immediately. Heat your ceramic until it starts to clean itself and then wait ~ 40 sec, dab, cap, and enjoy

That's my video, and that's considered low temp dabbing, if it were too hot every thing would have been gone on the first torching, not the fifth. You can call it the "wrong" way all you want, but to get five people high from one dab is much much better then five people high with five dabs, unless you just have unlimited amounts of free oil, more power to ya, but I don't, so I conserve as much as possible

This is the last thing I will say to you regarding this because I am way above arguing with some one who shows me a black pen and tells me its blue, then really expects me to believe it. I actually had to watch my own video again, not ONE time out of five consecutive hits from the same dab is ANY part of my nail or carb cap "red hot" as you state, watch the video again carefully, before you further make yourself look foolish. It is in fact low temp dabbing, if you think you have some magical way to dab at a lower temp more efficiently then please by all means make a video. Their is no question about vaporization occurring at the lowest temp with this method due to the fact that you add heat until vapor is produced, not until everything inside is burned, as with ANY method I guarantee that you'll post, further emphasized by the fact that I can create multiple hits from one pack... a process I will bet money that you cannot replicate with any other method.
If I let the nail cool after the first hit with this method, their is still a pool of oil evenly distributed across the moat. This would not be possible if it was " too hot " as you claim. Vaporization is achieved at the OPTIMAL temperature, without burning of a single terpene, before you start trying to criticize something you are totally unfamiliar with, thermodynamics that is, why not try this method, even if you never admit it, you'll be blown away by the increase in flavor
