Thanks.Welcome to FC @David1984
I could only find info about the battery capacity on the manufacturer's website, it lists it as 500mah.

Not much info other than that. Is the battery removable or built in on your unit?
Okay, I got it. Thanks for your help, you're so nice. Have a great day!Replacing batteries on some built in units is possible, for example a Mighty or Crafty.
On others it may not be very worthwhile as it might cause damage or if the unit is cheap enough it may just be considered disposable.
I have no idea if the mgear4 vaporizer you mention is worth fixing or not, only you can determine that for yourself but I suspect that it is more on the disposable end of the spectrum.
Of course, I will.Hope to see you around the forums/threads.

To swap the battery you would probably need decent soldering skills.
Some times theses devices just cannot be taken apart without breaking something?
How long did yours last before battery degraded? Batteries have a finite number of charge cycles they can go.
These look like they are not very expensive? so maybe just replace, there are a lot of choices for a 510 battery.
Separate question, is the temp select button also an on/off or is this device draw activated?
As a newcomer, I know very little about this type of product. Can you tell me what are the benefits of low voltage, is it a better experience, or do you want a long battery life?2.7v as the lowest setting is too high for the weed oil pens, I like to go as low as possible, I would be milking the preheat only if I had this one... Seems nice otherwise though

Thanks for sharing, you're so nice. Is there such a low voltage output product on the market that you can recommend? Thanks in advance! It is a better experience, I don't want to overcook the oil, it will be harsh and hot on the throat, and you destroy active compounds if it is overcooked, also it could ruin the rest of the oil the next time you use it it will be worse, so it's best to use as low temp as possible for pure weed oils in my experience although sometimes they can be thicker viscosity oil requiring more heat

Okay, I got it. Thank you very much. Most of them start at 2 or 2.5 maybe? A lot of the yocan models start lower now especially for the preheat, You can even find basic pens that start lower if you search, not as common but it is out there
