Hi fellow flyers, I'm making this thread cuz once again I missed out on the tetra p80. Was wondering if it's worth waiting for another drop or any of these I will mention can satisfy my needs.

I'm thinking of instead of the Tetra here we go
-tinymight WPA not available
-fw7 drop tonight WPA not available
The glass attachment


I want it to produce big clouds
-tasty
-on demand
-replaceable battery
- easy to.clean
-WPA absolutley want to hit it in water for the most part.

I know the tetra p80 hits everything on the head but it so.dissapoint8ng to get refunded.

I am open to something like the vrod or I dont know what they are called that style thru water but I am.full on demand convection.

What do you mean WPA not available?? If the FW7 dropped did not happen yet, how do you know there are not going to be WPA listed with them... Also this is the first time hearing of tinymight WPA being sold out not that I have checked, both of them are sold out? Can always get splinter stems instead or one from Alan...

The WPA is extremely useful for use without water as well, I prefer to use my TM and FW7 through J hooks and the like, though I do use them through water a bit too, the TP80 I will use more exclusively through water typically though...

For those categories you can also look to get a SplinterV2 from leerbtmd@gmail.com for $70 until 8/31 but you will also need to get a mod separately to use it with, something with Arctic Fox or Red Panda ideally to set up temp control, though it would work fine in wattage mode too! Milaana are also available and on auction, so you may not be interested in the unregulated experience...

Grasshopper io could kind of fit The things you describe as well, though I cannot in good faith recommend that company, the product can be great if you get a good one that is reliable...

The new xmax v3pro maybe appealing to you, perhaps the vleafgo or fury edge as a budget option to tide you over until you can score a tetra?

You can try to guinea pig the toked vapers unit, I think that's everything??

Do you have, or have you looked into log vapes?? Heat Island is my favorite, email Alan for a list of what he has in stock, very reasonably priced, can get one cheaper than anywhere else from him, but also underdog is fantastic and people like e nano and wood scents...

What about highlighter or upcoming halo?

Sorry I still don't understand, all you need for the FW7 is any 14 mm male connection, easy to find male to male adapters in a wide variety very cheap many places... I've been posting 14 mm male glass from DHgate in the FW7 thread actually too. And if TM is really out of the WPA, I would also email them, and write notes in your order, that you want the WPA, they may be getting them in stock soon and just not updated the site... I would get one of each WPA if possible, they are both very useful and different! And yeah alternatively splinter stems and emailing Alan for a 14 mm one

So I really don't understand why you would discount log vapes, they are absolutely perfect for this! Microdosing or the larger size, true that a tetra or TM is like a battery-powered version in a sense, really they are all different, but I think a log would be the best way to tide yourself over at home and most bang for your buck while paying less overall...

Anyway it's true a flower pot type thing is a next level, but I think something like the highlighter can get you there very fast very cheap?? Elev8r???

And yes I looked in to the highlighter but I don't mind putting in the Xtra cash for a product that's worth it. Hence I started with the mighty, volcano 4 years ago and still rocking with a couple others.

I just really want a big hitter on demand, doesn't matter if it's plus in or not im looking for a different experience I guess best way to put it is my sticky brick experience without the torch.
Ability to go thru water is a must.

Yeah those are very old tech though, fine sure, but like just can't compete with the more of the niche stuff you find here, despite the HL low price performance seems like it trounces S&B...

Yeah so again, logs are the ideal for this, HL is technically another log design, but yeah it's honestly not what I would go for myself anyway. I would go for the HI, emailing Alan to see what is in stock to buy now... I think that would be the most bang for your buck all in all with the power supply and VVPS and glass steel wood WPAs etc he is making me a 7/16 ( large size) steel core HI for me now and I have the smaller 3/8 size already in the standard steel core and the glass core... Those are fancy exotic wood customs, but there's a lot of options! He is still updating his website I think so email is best for now?

Finally the TM really is a beast and great through water, however I mostly prefer mine through various other glass pieces dry, specifically for water like I said I do go more for the TP80 or Splinter Z (I have a Zion M incoming and that's probably going to be a beast through water, unregulated though)

FW7 is a fantastic all-around vape, I think if I had to choose one it would be the TM, but FW7 is right there with it honestly just a perfect pair though... I do like portables, but for my desktop water plugin I also rely on aromatizer bandits now, but my heat islands are the other basic standard... Once I have the iDB Halo that could change everything? And he is also working on another heater design, so I would keep an eye on his stuff!

Haha sorry you missed out! Maybe you can score one second hand?

Yeah the thing is woodscents it's crazy expensive, Alan can make you a heat island that fits Dyna tip if you want that (personally I never needed that)

So yeah another reason for heat island, just saying, also get the large size log if you want the larger bowl, what's nice is there a variety of stem choices that offer different size bowls regardless!

Can't comment on the HI's that fit Dynavaps, but as the owner of a P80 and a WS I would say you definitely wouldn't be missing out on much aside from portability and the ability to do larger dose sizes with a WS. It handles microdoses amazingly well, and leads to incredibly even avb when I use the dynavap tip. The domestic models don't have to be crazy expensive, either. My cherry kit was $300 and included a plethora of stem options, tho certainly the more exotic woods look cooler to me (this is obviously subjective to some extent). I don't see the on Ed's site anymore, so you'd have to email and see if he still makes them or if he is only interested in working with designer woods these days (and decide for yourself if you want a work of art or a less fancy work of art--I still think my cherry WS looks quite nice). There's also the cocobolo xl kid that comes sans the usual accessories but with (arguably) a cooler looking wood for $200. I think the REFC anodized models also look fantastic, but I think his price premium there is a little much, personally...

That said I've exchanged a few emails with Alan as I think the bamboo heat islands look fantastic. As I have a WS I probably wouldn't get a core that fits a dynavap, but go for the glass core to see if it nets a purer flavor. I don't know the exact prices, but from what I've seen on Reddit and such it does seem like it would be a screaming good deal...

As low as $50 for standard steel core bamboo HI, $65 for glass hybrid core... That's just the log itself, but you're only looking at an additional 50ish for power supply and VVPS depending which ones you get it could be cheaper, then up to you for stems, so yeah we're talking like a reasonable total of 150 and similarly he has like cherry wood as a basic option, still cheaper than 300 all together I think and he can even do cardboard bodies now!

I wonder if anyone takes him up on that. I saw the TP roll log on reddit, but I assumed it was a joke/just for fun/Jurassic Park type of project (he was so preoccupied with whether or not he could he never stopped to ask if he should )? I would think it wouldn't hold heat at all really to keep the core temp stable for long/back to back draws, but I guess it looks like the highlighted works just swell w/out a body to heat soak and insulate it (though it does have all the boro beads).

Haven't read the whole thread but I'd try to score a Firewood. If i don't get one, I'd then buy a TM cos those are relatively easy to get. Lastly try for a P80 as those are hardest to score

I appreciate it but if it won't be a portable and a desktop it has to hit and have to be capable to have bowl similar to a terp torch off the top of my head.
