need replacement help

Hello all!

Tried searching but could not find info on where to to find replacement parts for thermovape revolution.

The ceramic part that heats up no longer heats up, being quite expensive I'd like to replace the broken part rather than buy a new one.

If anyone could help that would be great!

Have you contacted Thremovape yet? It's not something you can fix by going to the hardware store. The manufacturer will fix it for free if it's under warranty, or a small fee if it's not... $15 IIRC.

Yep, you need to email them. Send them something now so that they see it when they're in the office Monday. If it's under warranty you'll just have to pay to ship it to them, they'll fix it up and ship it back to you. I've had them service my Ultra, turnaround was reasonable and I wasn't charged for it.
