Need LSV Wpa Adapter 18mm

Hi Ladies and Gentleman,

sadly i managed to break my WPA Adapter this weekend. So the LSV owned me so bad that i dropped the adapter so i need to get a new one. And there my problems start.

Does anybody know where to get one in europe?
I only know this page http://lacentralevapeur.com but they only have the 14mm option.

If somebody knows where to the the 18mm one from europe i would be very grateful.
