Need help with new EZV vape pen!

I just bought a new vape pen and its fully charged yet when i press or try to hold down the power button it only flashes blue a few times then goes off can anyone help!?

When my pen (an EGO-t battery) flashes blue and goes off, it means battery power is low. I've had a charger before that would show a green light but wouldn't actually charge the pen. Idk how likely that is to happen with a brand new product, but it's definitely possible.

Also try hitting the power button either 3 or 5 times in quick succession. That's the unlock code for most pens.
