need help purchasing a new vape

Hi guys,

I'm interested in purchasing a new vape and with so many different kinds on the market I though I would ask here first for your recommendations. Now I currently own a vapezilla classic which works fine but I would like to upgrade to something better. The main problems I had with the vapezilla is that it seems to take forever to draw what I packed in the whip to start with and the vapor can be a little dry at times.

My main crtiterias are:

Quick start-up time within 5-10 min
To be able to draw the load in one relatively quick hit
Constructed with safe materials - preferably only glass and ceramics
Durable construction - will last at least 1-2 years with proper care

I think I would pefer a "bong" style of vape but am open to others if something on the market is way better. I've been mostly been looking at getting either a VripTech VHW + water tool, Herborizer XL sphere or VapeXhale cloud. So if you have experience with either of these can you please mention their pro's an con's.

The VapeXhale Cloud fits your description 100%, its a bong vape (check) you can draw fast (check), ultra safe materials (all glass + steel mesh bowl, check), 10 min heat up, which isn't really fast, but still in your wish range (check). It is moisture conditioned, so not dry (check). It is 500$+ however. If you want something cheaper, you have to abandon at least one point you wish. These other ones you're considering are good two, but imo the Cloud is an evolution of these. It's more ergonomic, efficient, durable and power-performing.

The Cloud was designed to be better than models like the Herbo and Vriptech. Much better heat retention is the stand out feature, compared to those two. You can give the Cloud to a bong lover who's never hit a vape before, and there'll be no learning curve to deal with. Your specification of safe materials, as far as only glass and ceramics, is overkill. There's certainly nothing wrong with stainless steel at vaping temps. I'd definitely prefer a ceramic heating element that was enclosed in steel, like the Herbo, vs. naked ceramic. And all ceramic elements aren't created equal. The elements used by 7th Floor are much more expensive and high quality, vs. what you'd find in your typical whip vape.

Thanks guys. I guess the consensus is to go for the cloud. Still undecided though, something about the VHW + water tool appeals to me more. I'll let you guys know. I'm sure either will blow my Vapezilla away.

what about the LSV? that is what I am ordering this weekend after A LOT of research etc. I am basically looking for the same set up as you... something that I use with glass bongs.. I currently have the SSV, which was my first vape..again after A LOT of research. I have had the SSV for over 6 years and I LOVE IT. I am now at the point where I want to eliminate the whip and go GonG. I know that 7th Floor is a great company with quality well thought out tools. I am intrigued by the Herborizer, VHW and Verdamper etc... but in the end... the reliability that I have come to expect from the SSV followed by the difficulty of finding any real info that tells me any of these other vapes are really worth the extra money.... especially considering the LSV is 189 now. I would also highly recommend the SSV for a whip vape... LOVE IT! The cloud also intriguing but until the want to sell it separately they can keep it... 500 is just too much... especially if you already have any glass.

Thanks for the suggestions spacelooper. I'll have to check the LSV out when I get some time. I'm open to other vapes than I listed earlier I'm just not aware of what's out there and reputable. It seems we are so spoilt for choice for vapes these days that the biggest problem is deciding with one to buy
