Need help picking out cartridge for Co2 oil

The only cartridge I have ever used was the KISS 3.7 ti, and it was great, but I disliked loading it every time (too messy and time consuming). I need something new that works with pure uncut CO2 oil (comes in a syringe).

I have been buying pre-filled carts of uncut Co2 from my store, but I'm assuming I could save some money filling my own carts from a syringe.

On the W9 site, they recommend the Kanger Protank 2 with their ti-coils. They also offer their own "essential oil cartridge": http://www.w9tech.com/essential-oil-vaporizer-cartridge/

http://www.w9tech.com/blog/essential-oil-and-hash-oil-vaporizer/ (this was a great article describing the difference between the essential oil vapes and others).

Anyways, I'm unsure which one from W9 would be the best option. Has anyone ever used both the W9 essential oil carts and the Kanger Protank 2? Could @THC SCIENTIFIC advise please?

Thanks!

I haven't used either but I've been researching this a lot in the past few months. I mix with pg/vg so my needs are different, but still I've had to read up on all the same stuff.

Overall, I feel like the biggest difference between cartridges and tanks is how disposable you want this to be. Cartridges, you'll get a handful of uses then toss it right? Tanks, you can keep replacing the burners, get into trying different types of burners, etc. It becomes a platform. Tanks are usually better build quality also, glass etc instead of plastic. That cartridge looks really easy to refill though. Tanks take a little bit of finger yoga to refill. Then there's stealth, cartridges look much more like disposable e-cigs at a glance compared to a tank full of some questionable colored sludge. No one would look twice if you took a hit in public with a cartridge.

For my ejuice, I've been using the Kanger protank mini 3. I like the build quality for such a little thing (it's actually still in the disposable category even though you can replace the burners). I would imagine if the W9 site says the protank 2 works great with oils, then it probably does. Kanger seems to make quality products.

Let us know what you pick and post up a review! :)

**EDIT:

Looks like Vape Life Will gave that cartridge a review a while back:

Here's a better vid just showing the fill process:

I may try out one of these. I have a dab pen (Puffco Pro). I like it, but I found I was going through concentrate too quick with it so I started trying the ecig juice mixing route. Have you tried a dab pen also? Do you find the cartridge style like this is any more efficient?

I use and prefer o.Pen carts for CO2 oil. I have had nothing but awful experiences from kanger and similar tanks, leaking & horribly burned taste leading the pack of issues. I've written about my experiences at length in some of the other threads, the cart isn't the ideal solution but it is quite cheap, effective, and so far I have not had a single problem outside of occasional poor flavor, but that's mostly due to my mixing the CO2 oil with puffmajic
