I can't torch burn to because it's inside the wand...

I simply just want to know if the temps of the DBV are even capable of off gassing stainless steel fumes...been asking the same question, still nobody has been able to put a number to it.

hmm you take it out of the wand silly ,they do come out lol . And no not possible on any vape to get stainless steel to off gas you need to reach temps above 1400 degree Fahrenheit at 450 degree your herb will burn
since lighters would get past the 1400 degree mark we would always burn them off first. however torches was needed to do this (they get red hot and become tempered harder to flex)
((lighters would leave carbon black silt from the flame))

btw the wand itself could be made by a glassblower with a perm glass filter here we have tons of glassblowers that would be happy to make a few or you may have plenty there also just ask around

Where did you get the 1400 degree from? I have been searching for the temp at which the stainless releases fumes...

Assuming you just open your vape right out of the box and puff away....If you don't torch the screen, do you think the vape is still giving off gases from the stainless screen? Just wondering if I have been inhaling these fumes since I didn't torch my screen...

By "perm glass filter" do you mean the wand and screen are all made of glass? I have never seen those...

He's right, at from my experience (I was a welder). No oxidation or decomposition of any kind starts in ferritic grades of stainless steel until temps of around 1400F. If it helps you sleep at night, it doesn't melt til 2600F
Your DBV MAYBE hits 900-950 if you max it and don't put herb in it.. which is pointless anyway
