Need a vaporizer that does not smell like herb and/or does not smell at all

I know there are a million threads like this but I was hoping to produce an updated one...

I prefer to consume inside my apartment which is strictly no smoking. What is the one device that if exhaled would not smell like herb (cotton candy, fruit, etc.) or just not smell at all. I know it does not exist, but the closest thing to it? I currently use (and love) my Pax, but that thing smells more than a poorly wrapped joint. Currently looking at Grasshopper (QC looks sketchy but that was years ago) or perhaps an Arizer of some sort.

Any suggestions appreciated

Pure convection on demand will have the most minimal smell, a stark contrast from your session conduction pax! Aside from grasshopper you can look into Tetra, RBT, mistvape, log vapes, tinymight, Firefly, vleafgo, sticky bricks, dreamwood, and more

Hey thanks man, sorry to ask but could you recommend the likely BEST fitting device for my criteria of all of those?

All vapes produce some odor. There’s no getting around it. Is there a way you can circulate the air in your apartment to diffuse the vapor?

Log vapes require minimal herb and probably produce less odor than most vapes — certainly less than the Pax.

No that's what I'm saying it's the heating technology that is best, they will all be about equal and smell less than what you're used to... I agree I think a log vape sounds like a good option for your usage situation in particular, and yeah if it's really an issue get things that cover the smell! Our favorite flower is what smells the most regardless

I find every vape smells when you exhale. Only lasts for 15 minutes or so. Don’t vape near the entrance way and you should be good. Have a window open. Vape near there. No one from the outside will be able to smell from the hallway.

Since most vaporizers don't emit vapor independently, you are dealing mostly with your exhalation vapor smells. Use a Sploofy or I used to exhale into a clear, flexible hose I hung out my dorm window to eliminate smell.

I would look for a device which allows you to have a faster session. There's a big difference between blowing one good hit out the window and trying to cover up a 12 minute sesh with 35 inhalations.

However for what its worth, I tend to find cracking a jar of dank reeks more than actually vaping said herb. Not a lot of ways to get around that.

A visitor in my rooms recently said that he can't smell the Hopper io.

Of all other vapos that I have had (10), the hopper definitely smells the least

The vleaf Go by Vivant works well and IMO has little to no herb smell. Burn some candles before and during use.
Like others have said crack open a window when vaping.

Less ego. More soul.
Do you talk about how smelly/flavorsome a device can be while or especially after use or how to minimize the amount of odor in the prozess of vaping? Because the answers so far go in both directions (convection on demand vs ...or how to ventilate like puffing out of the window...) In the first case there a indeed slightly difference like already mentioned above. I have different devices but the most important factor for me beside how stinky a vape smells is the way how you ventilate your room. Because I find that's the most controllable variable for me. I vape in my small man cave and in the summer when we ventilate our apartment, opening all windows in the evening to cool down the whole apartment, then I avoid to vape with the window open in my room, otherwise a lot of air and vapor pulls through the room outside to the hall or other rooms. So in this case it's even better to do some vape-hotbox, and even when my room stinks like a coffeeshop, almost no odor goes outside. Otherwise before I start to vape I close all the windows in the other rooms and open my window and almost no vapor goes to the other rooms. You have to put your nose near the keyhole to smell it slightly. It's a huge difference. Approved by wifey 😋
But if you only have one room and you have no influence on the draught in the other rooms, the best idea would be to use something like a door-snake or big towel to stop the draught and then open your window before starting your session

I was thinking of making something that blows air out a carbon filter you can vape around.

Would be easy enough and activated carbon is cheap. Just need enough suction.

Could use the oven hood to exhaust outside if you really wanted. When I was smoking weed that is what I did, Was kind of paranoid about people sitting outside on the balcony though.

I like lighting candles to get rid of vapor smells. Sparys are way too obvious. After lighting a candle the room smell so damn good. The candles I liked are from Bath and Body works expensive, but they work amazing.

That's what I did in a hotel room using a rig & the NV SH or enano. Planted the rig on the ceramic cooktop underneath the microwave exhaust vents. & after exhaling each hit, sprayed lemon Ozium into exhaust vents so the occupants next door wouldn't smell it. Worked wonderfully.

Can you explain your situation surroundings better?

Not sure if it really worked but at a casino hotel ran the hot water and blew into the water stream.

Like above, I find most of what I have in dry herb vape have some kind of smell. I'll keep a candle going and usually good for me.
