My herb makes weird pseudo-solid condensate, R U familiar?

BTW I need to ask about this. The cannabis I have currently is interesting:a brighter green, covered in tiny trichs. Very tasty and when fully vaped, avb only goes to an orangey-tan. Obviously I can make it darker but there's no point. It's potent but a very clear high, gotta be a sativa dominant hybrid which is a welcome change from the indica-heavy I'm used to. Oh and it creates lots of dark golden condensate on the stem. Once a week, I heat the stem and harvest the stuff, it lays in drifts and it clumps together into dark brown dare-I-say hashy looking stuff. I'm collecting it in a small container and my plans is to mix in kief to sort of coat it. I vape the bits of cotton used to collect it and just the bits on that are tasty & potent as well. I've seen @CarolKing stems that look like oil/honey, last stuff I had produced similar but this is nothing like that. Under a simple magnifying glass, it appears almost furry or like the magnetic shavings in those child's toys where using a magnetic wand you moved the shavings to give a man different hairstyles & beards. Has anyone witnessed such condensate before or is this some kinda alien weed? Give me your . TIA

So, is anyone familiar with this sort of material? I know people love pictures and it would probably help but I've not done 3rd party image hosting and perhaps unwise for me given my personal situation. Sorry! Any and all assistance is gratefully solicited, up to & including a friend of a friend's friend and crazy uncle stories. Check the moisture, dry out a few stems a bit more and see if it makes any difference. I really dry stuff out (maybe too much) and it vapes differently then moister bud.

Other than that,i've seen all type of reclaim . Finer screens tend to leave more viscous reclaim ,compared to larger screen sizes which let some particles in ,and there is where the solid hash appearance comes from IMO.
In your case are you talking about the reclaim in your stem or stash with the collected reclaim. After some time oils seem to dry and solidify,so if it is old reclaim you are talking about maybe it is just TIME .

Very familiar. The Volcano is the master at making this. Used to get a ton of it in my solid valve.

Yeah, I am talking about the condensate that collects in a "dry stem" of the Nano. For those unfamiliar, the entire vapor path is this stem. Material in one end, mouth drawing from the other end. With good herb, it accumulates quite a bit in a few days. I just grab it at this stage rather than using iso, it's easier (for me). Solo 2, same thing; grabbing it with a bamboo skewer & organic cotton. I heat the stem lightly and use the skewer to mop it together while rotating the stem. I can get everything this way, this stuff especially attracts itself. I will have small clumps on the cotton while larger clumps fall off. When I say larger it's relative, cleaning a stem yields maybe 1/2 teaspoon. I'll weigh what I have, 3 stems worth. I haven't considered this to be reclaim because I've not used iso, it's "raw", but I guess it's the same? I'm so newb.

@howie105 yeah man, my flower is proper cured, dry, CVault/boveda 58%. The buds aren't terribly sticky-icky, unfortunately I don't have that. But it's nice bud, >average and I am grateful for the quality I get.

@Abysmal Vapor it's just the standard basket screen that comes with the stem. Not super fine, but I've used same type with 2 other varieties and the condensate left from those were oilier/viscous. This is current reclaim airtight so it's not solidified. It's just the nature of this reclaim from this herb. This has a dry quality, almost like dust that collects in little drifts, yummy! I just did the process unfortunately so what I have collected looks like dark matter in a jar. But I'll see if I can get a decent pic tomorrow, thanks for the link my friend. I'll also put one up the next "dirty" stem, it'll take a few days but I'll apply myself to the task.

@invertedisdead very nice to know that you've seen this. The problem is I don't have enough experience: with vaping, with reclaim, with all of it! It's so great, I never would have thought I could learn so much about cannabis after smoking it for 30+ years. I love to learn and it's very satisfying to know that I am getting the most from my material, like never before. Thanks for the reassurance!

Is it not just mixing with the particles coming though the stem. The reclaim from my nano gong has a fair bit of debris (vaped weed) mixed with it... and it does go kind of hard and is dark

Hey @Morty how's you?? Early finish from work for me so starting the weekend already
Unfortunately the kids are finished school too so the SV3 is staying tucked away till bedtime (although they're getting to the age that they're awake later than me on an evening ).

Those stems look like they could do with a clean
Nothing quite like the supreme to dirty up that glass quickly. My Jhook looks a little similar now I think about it

Nope @jojo monkey not furry on the flower; I mean the collected condensate from vaped flower. I apologise for not posting pictures but my in-laws are here for the weekend, I forgot... So once again, real reality is getting in the way of my virtual one. Just wait. Don't worry, my priorities are straight. FC for life!
