My glass vapcap stems!

I assume thia is the right place for them, i may post a couple in the vapcap thread too if a mod could advise me thatd be great. Anyway....
Im a part time glassblower from the uk and i make unique vapcap stems. At some point cheaper high function low cost 'production' models will appear but im still fine tuning my tooling ao until thats there ill just be posting as and when i finish stems. Sorry for the bad quality pics and i cant seem to get one of the pics to load.

Ill start with two that are available (blue stardust and amber pjrple) and then will fish out a few pics of some of the older ones which reside in peoples collections for yiur appreciation.

I spend quite a lot of my time over on IG as its how i male my living so wont be here as often as there. But feel free to message me here or there if youd like to add one to your collection.

Hi thanks for the kind words. Im asking £35 plush shipping on the amber purple one. It doesnt have a carb but if it was a dealbreaker i could add one. Ive accepted you on IG sorry i keep my account private as i post about my life as well as my work and prefer people to have to at least ask permission before they view my feed. Thanks again!

Am an ex glass blower (lamp worker technically) myself, from the UK too, although haven't been behind a lamp for best part of 30 years...

I'm beginning to think I should make an instagram acc, seems to be a lot of cool stuff going on there.

No I hate carbs and don't know why dynavap don't have a carbles option. I'm on holiday in New Zealand at the moment bit I still want to purchase it but I don't want it sitting in the post office as I still have a few weeks before I'm back but could I pay for it soon and let you know when to post it if that's ok. Thank you for the kind words and maybe vapcap stems can be the spoon pipe of the future! We never had a pipe movement in the uk us lampworkers are stuck 90% of the time to the oil crowd. I love that the vapcap is inadvertantly opening doors to us artisans

For 3 months I've been loving my GC nipple stem. At home, I used to hit my vapcap in a rig, Since I got this little bit, I have not felt the need. It's been by DD since.Then Terror strikes.The 1st cap of the day and I heard a "think" after my second hit. I though it was an odd cool down click.To my horror, I see a hairline fracture from the tip end down to the 4th nipple. I presume this is due to tip expanding with heat more than glass? @davesmith Has this been an issue before?

Can I repair this with a plumbers torch? or will it shatter while cooling? Either way Im Gonna HAVE to get a new one because its shear awsome, Question is. Are you going to make a thicker batch?
