All of you are KILLING me! I just discovered this thread, and started cruising through just to see what was posted.

So many of these I STILL listen to.

Don't know if was posted earlier, but I think my all time favorite and that I still listen to from beginning to end is...

Billy Joel, Turnstiles.

One great song after another!

When the Facts Change, I Change My Mind.
It's "Bootleg Monday Mania"...

Roberts voice before it started to go is mind blowing.

"Led Zeppelin at Fillmore West on January 11th, 1969; one day before Led Zeppelin I was released.
This is the first known soundboard recording of Led Zeppelin, and I really think this is an outstanding bootleg.
There were a few really quiet parts in it though, like the beginning of Dazed and Confused for example. I did what I could to boost the quiet parts without doing anything to the quality of the recording.
The entire middle section of How Many More Times is missing though, so there's one con to this bootleg."
2:01 "Has anybody got a Les Paul?"
2:46 I Can't Quit You Baby
8:50 Dazed and Confused
22:07 You Shook Me
30:07 How Many More Times [Incomplete]
38:38 Communication Breakdown

The sound is not first rate but it is still very interesting.

This person who posted this says it's from 1978... but I thought the song was released in 79. Maybe that was the album.

They take away our freedom
In the name of liberty
Why can't they all just clear off
Why can't they let us be
They make us feel indebted
For saving us from hell
And then they put us through it
It's time the bastards fell

When the Facts Change, I Change My Mind.
Santana - Carlos Santana (Founding member), 17 yr old Neal Schon, Gregg Rolie (Founding member) on organ and vocals, 17 yr old Michael Shrieve on drums and the rest of the band.

Schon and Rolie went on to form Journey. Later Steve Perry was brought on board and became the lead singer for Journey.

This does not fit the timeline but thought you might ok it:)
A year or so ago the boys reunited and made a disc.
The original lineup got together:
Santana (Carlos Santana (guitar, vocals); Neal Schon (guitar, vocals); Gregg Rolie (keyboards, vocals); Michael Shrieve (drums); Michael Carabello (congas, backing vocals); with Karl Perazzo (percussion, vocals), Benny Rietveld (bass)
Really good memories...
