I get munchies really bad. Like really really bad. My wife is a hardcore runner so there are always tons of different carby snacks around - it's not a good time.
Last night I had an apple with peanut butter, a small cup of Indian (haldiram) snack mix, and 2 jelly candies. That was a light night - it gets way worse (lord help me if i drive by a doughnut shop).
I just seem to lose the ability not to shove my face full of food.
I do agree that chugging water seems to help a lot, but I've also found I will just keep drinking so much that I'll make myself sick.
It's the biggest drawback for MMJ for me.
Best solution I've found is to medicate while my wife is still awake (I hate binging in front of her), and then when she goes to bed, go lay down and read in bed next to her. I get hunger pangs but I can't eat because I'm already in bed.
