I have found that my best thing to do when I have the munchies is to at least portion out what I am going to eat. I know im going to go for something unhealthy while high usually but its a lot better to just grab a small bowl of chips or to wait till dinner than to grab a whole bag of chips because im gonna most likely be so high that I kill that bag of chips in one sitting which definitely isn't healthy.
Wish this would work for me. Once I start feeding the munchies monster he is in control and my munchies monster doesn't understand the concept of portion control
The only way I can beat the munchies monster is by laziness...if it isn't in the house I'm not going to go get it ..... and most of the time I don't have the patience for ordering out and waiting. If it's in the house you'd need an armed guard to keep me from it once I get going.
I did get into a bad relationship with the delivered Pizza Hut $20 Big Dinner Box (2 med pizzas, 2 sides (Bread-sticks and wings). I'd order on-line in advance and vape till it arrived. I finally had to admit to myself that no matter how much I loved her .... she wasn't good for me so I stopped seeing her.
I can't fight the munchies monster and win so I just stock the house with the best tasting, lowest calorie, healthiest stuff I can. Low cal fudge pops, ice cold fruit, BBQ chicken without skin or blackened.
