Most efficient and High Quality Vapes

Hey guys, new to FC but have been reading threads here and there and wanted to get into Vaping.

I'very done some research but cannot come to a conclusion: What are some of the best and most efficient vapes?

I have looked at these:

Solo 2 (.1-.15g bowl size. Efficient and high quality with fantastic flavor.)

Dynavap (No idea on the bowl caparity but heard it's efficient)

E-nano or any log vape (.05 to .1g capacity, efficient aservice hell, Possibly most efficient. Smooth hits, convection, Milky clouds. Not good for groups.)

Crafty/Mighty (.15-.3g bowl capacity. Heard they are top dogs but it takes a long af time to warm up. Tech seems dated and not worth it in 2017, especially when Milky and smooth clouds are not uncommon among even lower tier vapes. )

CFX/CF (Lower end, convection conduction hybrid, up to .5g but generally around .2g if leaving herb coarse and loose as you need to do with convections. I haven't heard much about efficiency with this, I'm going to assume above average because convection. It could be a good portable if I decide to get a desktop like an E- Nano.)

I'd like to hear your input on what I should choose. Any others I missed that I should look into? What are some other pros and cons? Budget would be $350 or less. I'm open to both desktops and portables.

I couldn't find a central thread on the most efficient Vapes, so I wanted to make one for future reference as well. Put your insightful comments below!

This would be a great resource for people who want to conserve weed on top of already increased efficiency from smoking.

FUCK COMBUSTION!

You might want to check out the Ghost MV1, it is suppose to be the most efficient vape on the market.

I have attached a video.

I took a look at the ghost too, seems comparable to the quality of the Solo2, but this one is pure convection and arguably high tech at $295. Seems legit. I dunno if I would put it over the efficiency of the Nano though.

Have you looked at the Sticky Brick line? I have a junior, and the bowl seems to last forever. Plus it hits like a beast, it is one of the most unique vapes I have ever owned... pure ingenuity.

The only people who have purported this have been the manufacturers and a financially compensated youtube personality. Any mention of this vape should be kept to it's thread [edit: til it is released] (imo, i'm not a mod... nor should I ever be) because it's all speculation based on shilling ;)

-Firewood4 is a great convection vape that's very good for microdosing.

-Tubo Evic it's also possible to get temp-controlled, pure convection microdose hits if you pack the basket screen at the end of the joint.

-Pretty much any butane vape works well with a pinch (sticky bricks, dreamwood, etc)

-Newvape flowerpot works great with as little as .04grams

-RBT Milaana

probably more I'm forgetting. Almost all convection vapes will work fine with microdosing. It's more about what suits your personal preferences/wants/needs in a device... with conduction it can be a different story.

my PERSONAL favorites are logs, vapcaps, and fw4 if I'm aiming specifically for small doses, since their chambers are all fairly small.

Firewood seems like a great pick. Only downside is that it gets hot after a session from what I have heard.

I also want to look into the CFV (pure convection) and the Haze v3.

Yep, but it's never too hot to hold, or to put into my pocket. It definitely gets warmer to the touch than some of my other units though.

CFV is receiving an update soon or something? And the haze square is coming soon, so I'm not sure I'd invest into eitther of those units unless they were severely discounted or something.

I'm of course biased because I'm happy with what I own.

You really can't go wrong with a good log vape. I have the Enano and the Woodscents. They are both excellent. The WS you can get a lot of specialty unique wood pieces and is a little more expensive than the Enano. They both will get the job done and don't use a lot of product. Both manufacturers are members here on the forum.

I have quite a few different logs and like them all. ( woodscent, HI, enano, underdog). For me the HI is the most attractive. But I find myself using the wood brothers more than any other plug-in. It doesn't come up very often because it's older. Just a couple of seconds of inhale is all that's needed. I use the handheld tube because it's more efficient than the hands free although I have both.

Also my portable of choice is the tubo which has not yet been mentioned. I love that I can set it for 90 seconds of heat or just push the button for heat.

The MVT (mist vape touch) is on demand convection and uses 14 mm stems so you have to use less.

However, if I could only have one vape it would be the Tubo-Evic (thread found under unreleased portables)

With the Tubo you can set a temp max which stops combustion fears and no scorching of my medicine.

It hasnt hit the market yet? And has no independent reviews. This is a confusing claim! :)

I saw a review by the Vape critic, I thought that he was unbiased and independent. Is there something that I am out of the loop on?

He is receiving financial compensation from Ghost for whatever it is he's doing for them.

I'm also willing to bet he's earned cash through referral links before, but I have no factual basis for these claims. I'm fairly sure it's out on the table Ghost is paying him for the MV-1 though.

*sips tea and wears Ghost hat*

Anyway I've said more than enough and hope I was impartial enough :brow: I just want to make sure everyone is correctly informed.

Nice one. I did a panic and ran away instead :) (tiny88 spoke to me via pm)

Nice wide selection of vapes you are looking at and I am sure most of them would work well in their own ways. Perhaps you could cone down the possibilities by comparing their features to your preferences in general device usage. For example power, torches versus batteries versus cord make a huge difference in how they are used but all can function well. There is always the ease of transport, some of the vapes (and supporting components) you are looking can go into a pocket while others are a larger load. Making these sorts of decisions takes a little thought when you are just starting to use vapes but it is well worth the effort. Good Luck

Define efficient - low energy consumption / as much as possible with one hit/ as many hits as possible / % Thc extraction / % terpene / lasting flavour....everyonehas his own preferrences + surrounding condition factors...
But a good engineered design will be still good in 50 years (next Vapman is official sceduled at 2074 :D ) - thermodynamics don't evolve like semiconductors...
Only point for outdating with battery portables is the development of the batteries as can be seen with the 20% increased capacity of crafty/mighty after almost 6 years
As far as quality goes the Volcano Classic and the Plenty are the most sturdy indestructible designs imo
The Classic with 2 degrading parts being light switch at around 10k hours and the pump at 20-30k hours (in comparison a car engine does around 5k hours) Nothing mayor to degrade with a Plenty...
A used one of these 2 from ebay can be sold 5 years later for the same $ :2c:

Let me clarify what I mean by efficiency: I mean that it can extract a lot of the cannabinoids while using small amounts, allowing the user to get medicated using relstively small amounts of herb.

Of course, terpene profiles and taste matter, but I made this thread for a focus on the best and most "efficient" Vaporizers for users who want to get the most out of their medicine.

Gotta be the vapcap right.....????

I use about 0.025 per load, which gets fully extracted, while producing huge clouds....

Surely it doesnt get much more efficient thab that......

As much as I love my evo, it uses 4 times as much flower....
