i bought some at amazon, however I forgot what size they were but they fit fine?@stickstones , do you indeed have extra basket screens?
@ataxian, I luv ya but 4 Caliber sounds more like some very small bullet
Exactly my experience! The GC is my super heavy hitter and my PEEK quick core is nice to sip on the sofa during the long winter evenings. I agree the taste difference is minimal for my uncivilized palate. So I've been playing with my glass core for a while now and my god I can't believe I am saying this but the glass core is just simply blowing the teflon core out of the water for me! Only picked up my teflon a few times since the glass arrived, and that was really simply for comparing and contrasting, I did not think I would like this thing as much as I am!
I was expecting to have to go through a major loss of flavor switching from the teflon to glass core, but the difference in flavor is really very very minimal. Teflon might still take the cake in terms of peak flavor but the glass core is still no slouch in that regard and has better flavor than all my other vapes still(minus the herbalizer maybe, its close!).
The one big difference between these two cores though is the vapor production, oh man. The teflon was a great sipper vape, but wow this glass core just hits like a freight train! I can finish a bowl in 5-10 minutes whereas with my teflon core I would be sipping on it for at least half an hour. Now that's either a good or bad thing depending on how you look at it, but I'm loving it!!!
I didn't know they was working on a digital version, do you have any infos?Enough pussyfooting around.
When is the digital version going to FINALLY go into production???
..........................................................................I just saw that The little quick start guide that came with the MV says not to turn off the vape unless it is on the charger. I use it mostly with the battery and have just been turning it off without putting it on the charger. Does that do any damage to the battery or the vape itself?
They don’t seem as deep?
I think their the ones? Those were the only basket screens on Amazon that did look deep enough
Did you re-plug it?So I ran into an odd issue with my glass core MV today and was wondering if this has happened to anyone previously.
I went to turn my unit on a little bit ago but the weirdest thing happened, instead of the same light blinking to show me that the unit is preheating, the LED's kept flashing sequentially in order from blue to blurple to green to red. It kept doing that on a loop for a few minutes and didn't seem like it was heating up at all, and the worst thing was I was not able to even turn the unit off while this was happening. The only way the unit would turn for me was by manually unscrewing the battery from the vape while it was still on cutting the power from it. Using the buttons to turn the device off didn't do anything. It seemed to have only done this that one time and it seems to be working normally now, but that's freaking weird man! In over 2 years I've never seen this occur with my teflon core. Should I contact MV about this you guys think?
Yep...exact same thing is happening to my new brand new peek quick-core.So I ran into an odd issue with my glass core MV today and was wondering if this has happened to anyone previously.

Not a huge deal but kind of a pain

Mine has done this also... I narrowed it down and proved that it is the battery/power contacts between the unit and the power source.I've been having a similar but slightly different sequence.....
I use mine on the AC puck the most, mine will cycle like yours thru the colors, then turn off. I've stood there and watched it to verify.
Once it starts this, the only thing that I've found to reset it is to put the battery on it and try. If that doesn't work go back to the puck and it does.
Then it's fine for a day or two until it starts again.
Hasn't affected anything that I can tell long term, like you guys, just a pain.

As for the other poster that said their lights kept blinking, never seen that. I have original Teflon and glass core and Teflon quick core.
