Right, I've been a busy testing enough to be able to honestly say the large basket + arizer basket as a lid of sorts does indeed keep your flexicones way, way cleaner.
Always I have found some tiny parts of debris finds it's way through the snapped in screen to dirty up the inside of the niplage.
I have been exclusively using this method and have extensively used it for the last week or so I think
So far there isn't even the usual tainting on the white newness....and I still maintain I can cash a basket faster with this method as the goods remain constantly closer to the heat source.
I think I'll measure out the exact same amount of flowers and, hours apart, to let the MV reach baseline coolness again, do a direct comparison of length of session and abv colour. Uh huh! That's what I'll do.
I fall in love with this vape more and more everyday.

I got news from Hermes. It takes a long time even to get the info on my own stuff but it's very interesting. I have two different beta version heaters on my both of my MV's, that I knew already.
I just learned that it's more like the future version of the MV I got (MV+), but I still have only 4 temps instead of 7, long time ago I asked to have the highest temperature possible on my models, they really try to meet the demand. That explains the sick amount of vapor on my latest videos. Apparently the models I have have a little more heat than the usual.

Good to see it's moving forward. I'm feel pretty geared up already but I can't wait to see it evolving to something even better. Not to mention the 8 hours of continuous use I got on the new battery I serviced myself. I got given a 3000mA pack instead of 2300 or something, the autonomy is impressive. It's not my first dead MV cell pack tough, I got through some of them. The battery or the MV might turn bad sometimes but their service is always top notch, you just have to be patient sometimes unfortunately.

Edit. What do you think they'd do for the indicator lights? If there were 7 temperature variables.

They should take a cue from the Storz-Bickel Crafty with the ability to customize temp/other settings by the user through an app.. I'd even be happy if they provided any way for the end user to update/optimize the unit themselves.

Any improvements or additions to the Minivap will just be more icing on the cake. This is the only vape I own/have owned that I actually look forward to using. That's not saying I don't like the others, it's just not the same love affair I have with the mini.

I think it's going to be available as an upgrade (change the core and update the software). The indicator lights already have enough different colors for 7 settings.

I see you have changed the battery yourself a few times, are there any instructions?

I had a look at mine but could not figure out how to get the battery out and did not want to damage it in any way.
Just an idea for a possible cheaper upgrade to a more powerful battery.

Any thoughts?

You would have to find a cell pack with the same size, same two connectors and voltage 14.4v. I have no source for that - except Hermes medical. I don't see why it couldn't be done if you know what you're searching for. There are no instructions available unfortunately.

You could check the label inside the battery, on the cell pack and try to source something. I'm also interested so I tried to take a look at it. I look up for packs but it's tougher to find a source than it looks.

I bought mine from vapornation but it did not come with the adaptor so I can power it whilst in use. Should I have or is that an additional.

The unboxing reviews have this item as part of the package, it is also missing a flexitube, I can live with that but not the adaptor. Maybe it doesn't come as standard?

If you bought the battery version, it's not supposed to come with the power puck. I and a few others that ordered from Vapornation got it but it was a unintended bonus.

Since the battery lasts up to 3 hours, om low heat, many find the AC adapter unnecessary. It's less than 3 hours on higher temps but still way more than any other portable.

The charger stand light will turn green when it is charged. Sometimes you may put it in the charger brick knowing that the battery is low but the charger light will stay green----give it a little jiggle until it turns red.

Was thinking the minivap would be lighter without the battery and could potentially be a hands free on a bubbler of some sort.

Probably a bit overkill,just for that. I will see how I manage.

The mV is bottom heavy with battery. When inverting on a bubbler, I find it much easier to hold it way closer to the top where all the weight is. My wife ignores my suggestion and holds it way at the bottom like your writing with a pencil and all the weight is up high so it waivers a little.

It also works much better if your water piece has the intake centered/ straight up so you are just mating the mV to the basket module and resting it in place. you just balance it in place.
If your bubbler has a "bong style" intake that points off at an angle, then YOU have to support the mV
more/ hold it in place/ can't just rest it there or piece may tip over etc

So the power indicator LED should stay blue all the time? Mine is green or blue. Didn't lazylathe get an answer from Hermes about that light? Something about it being blue when the heater is ready to output fully in muthapucker mode?

Does anyone have issues combusting on the highest temp setting? I typically have solid table tops to pass through water, so it would be hit dry, but as a cloud chaser I am curious on different experiences that I may have skimmed passed while reading

It's impossible to combust at the current highest temperature. Don't know about RogerDz RaynMaker though

I agree. I was reluctant when I first contemplated getting the Mini but did read the thread beginning to end albeit over a few days. Glad I did since not only did I glean the pluses but also any nuances. The good read is what made me purchase. I really do owe a wholehearted thanks to those that shared all of their experiences.....and hopefully I have/can give something back to the thread myself.

The light is on the brick portion of the charger....not the charging plate where you put the battery.

@Mrmrmrmr The light will take some time before it starts blinking if the battery has been attached to the body of the unit since the last session. A minute or a tad longer is the usual. If you just charged the battery by itself and then attach it to the body it should start blinking right away. At least that's what I have observed with mine.

Edit: I should have said any time you detach the battery and screw it back/attach it onto the body/control unit the heat indicator starts blinking right away.

Edit 2: It took 1 minute and 40 seconds for my mini heater light to start blinking.....yes I timed it, first time actually.

Awesome stuff!!!!
There is a small GREEN light on the brick part of the charger, when you charge the battery it turns RED when charging and back to GREEN when completed.

Looking forward to your thoughts on it!!
