Mini balloons?

Hmmm looking for ideas on what to make mini balloons out of for true portability.

I've made my ballon portable once - that means it was inside a protective shell and totally protected from the risks of puncturing it because of careless manipulations. It didn't raise much enthousiasm when i showed it here though...

I have heard that Glad press and seal bags work well for creating your own vapor balloons. Might be able to make a nice little portable one.

This. a friend told me this is what he uses to make mini balloons. wish i knew exactly how though...
