Micro vaped v2 glass globe edition. anyone have one?

Hi!

A friend of mine let me try this usual large pen sized vaporizer out. Sadly, it uses only wax or oil. I did a search for it on this forum and came up blank?! It is called a Micro Vaped V2 glass globe edition. It's from ruvaped.com but is sold locally too.

Has anyone heard of these or compared them? Is it listed here under another name?

It has a USB charger and case. I put one dab of wax in it and used it perhaps 8 times without refilling or recharging then gave it back later that evening. The hit was much nicer thsn the hot nail bong vape I have for wax. This is the only vape my friend has liked besides his volcano. He's in contstruction and hasn't broken it yet despite every day all day use.

I would love to hear from users who have tried a variety of portable vapes before they chose to buy this one or not... Is it good or are thete better more versatile mini vapes out there?

I would prefer a non flame quiet portable vape that can do bubble hash over wax, but haven't found one yet. Is this micro vape has good reviews, for the price it might be worth using this wax vape after all. Lol I'm in the dark ages with my Old Vapor Genie, volcano and a launch box that I've given up on.

I have one. I like it. It is the only pen style vape I have tried. I haven't tried putting bubble hash in it.

I have had it for about a week. I bought it after trying a friend's. You can see the vapes I have owned at the bottom of this post. I have only used shatter in it. Very nice. I got it off ebay for $65 shipped.

Shatter is new to me. Is it sinple to make? I tried only wax. Tasted like unsed engine oil. Do you instructions say what you can use in there? Hash leaves a residue

How easy if it to clean? Do you have the glass globe? Is there a model you thought was better than the other?

Shatter is simple to make, but there is an element of danger to the process. It vapes away completely and doesn't leave a residue. When it is made properly the taste is amazing and the high is hard to beat. I have gone thru a couple of grams of it and haven't needed to clean anything. I have the glass globe. I find it easier to get better hits when I can see what is going on in there. There are plenty of people using pens on the board. The SSV VIP and the Dr. Dabber seem to be the most popular around here. You can find the threads for those pens in the portable vapes section.
I just found out that the Dr. Dabber guys are from my neck of the woods and will be grabbing one of their pens soon. I think the VIP will be a birthday present to myself at the end of the month.
The best portable I have used for bubble hash has been the solo. And it is great for flowers as well.

Is shatter made with C02? I'm looking at an affordable way to make someyhing that tastes better than wax. I do the bho routine. Mine tastes as much like car oil as the dispensary wax. Gotta be something better than this! My simple dry icd hash vapes terribly. Too dense I guess. The less liquidy kinds I've tried at least taste like bud... The danger can't beat butane. Lol If something taste so gross but works, I struggle to vape enough to do me any good. I have a chronic eating disorder. Bad odors set off my nausea fast as bad tastes. Thus I look for some thing that can do bubble hash. Imo it has a consistsnt flavor to the smell no matter what device I vape it on. Then clogs up my screend. I'm always interested in DIy methods that vape purely and taste better than wax.

So has anyone seen the new micro vape for buds? That lack of info on it is vape company is a turnoff, even for the great prices!

By the time you pack The micro vape and stuff into its case, the size to carry about is similar to toting about the solo!

If your BHO turns to wax, then you didn't fully purge. Shatter is BHO made properly.

if you want to buy a glass dome nail, buy from here. much cheaper and same pretty much. worked great for me but moved to cera. globe is like 1 dab a day.

Wow, that is so cheap I can't see how they can pull it off! Beats my bong with nail and globe that cost 10x this. Ty for the link!

My friend already broke his microvaped globe. He didn't clean it out for a few days so the wax ran down into the heated part. Looks like he bought brass, not the titanium. When he took it apart it broke in two. He liked enough to buy another... this one without the glass globe. He said the version without the globe is much more effective. I tried one hit and got baked. I still hate the taste of oil and wax, but it certainly is strong! I've never seen anything strong enough to get this fellow baked. Lol it us literally the size of a pen and is instant heat. Push the button, take a hit, stick it back in your pocket for later. Pretty cool, but I'm sure there are many wax pens out there better and cheaper.

I'm saving my pennies for the Arizer Solo. The gadget on the link above can satisfy my rare desire to get high fast.

i had it but within about 3 weeks to a month the battery burned out. its pretty cheaply made. i still use the globe on my zmax mini mod

Using a cheap clone of the glass globe with my 510, besides the ceramic nail/wicking system, it's worth the $20 at the local head shop. I would prefer a coil at the bottom for my wax but since the coil/wick is all that is offered I have to settle. Be very carefull loading wax into it because I broke the coul straight out on one side and had to replace the bowl. Also the effectiveness of each bowl is different, ie the first bowl I broke gave much better hits than the replacement. I just bought five on fast tech for 1$ a piece so we will see how they work when they get here.

I tried one of these with the globe last night for the first time, made me cough my fool head off. Very strong with only two hits. Am I doing something wrong or is that the way it is? Using wax......

I have one - it is better than most but not the greatest. still prefer my orb, about the same price hits harder tastes better
