Great news that your discharge is on schedule, especially after your scare last night.
Sometimes, the most well intentioned can be the worst for you.
Your sister cares or she would not only have said nothing, but wouldn't have come. It's unfortunate that she can't see how cannabis helps. But some people are tough. I have a very good friend that is a nurse who cannot wrap her head around it at all, no matter what I say. She feels the only people that should be allowed to use are people dying of cancer.
If it's the last thing I do on this earth, I'll change that opinion ...
But since you have someone like that in your life, and since you will probably be seeing her again before she leaves, don't bring it up. It's upsetting to you and her. Tell her before she comes that that subject is strictly off limits. And stick to it! Enlist your wife's help in this one so that you aren't the bad guy. Let her be the referee for the visit.

@Melting Pot Please forgive me, as I somehow completely missed all of this. Which is probably good because I would have just worried for a friend. But I'm glad you are home.
Hospital sucks. Except for the human size squirrels that play in the park right outside my hospital window. Nobody else saw the squirrels, and they all still claim to this day that my room looked out on nothing but a brick wall. But I tell ya, there were squirrels out there and they were as big as a man. Ask Thriller zombie Michael Jackson: he was right there with me when I saw them.
Anyway, I'm just blabbering away. But I really want you to know that in the coming days, I will put you on my mental list of people who I think good thoughts about during the day.
