I guess I have a crooked vein setup. The Nurse assistant always has hard time for the draw. They call out Sarge (old nurse) and she gets it every time. New guys get 3 bites of the apple and then I cry "Enough."

@Vicki I'm lucky there my wife is my Phlebotimis and she's good.I get my blood done once a week, she gets it in the morning I barely wake up.
That looks sore to say the least,fuck people who suck at what they do...
I hope u feel better.
On a side note I guess they did some nerve damage or something, can't straiten my arm without extreme pain.Mayo says wait a little while. If don't go away they will do some test.WTFE
I've been feeling a little aggravated, so keeping to my self lately...

@Melting Pot sometimes the mere act of writing our feelings out can be the catharsis we need to get through a moment. Whether we feel the need to post it or not is really dependent on how much support is needed at that time.
There's a difference between truly needing some support and whining. There are those who feel that everything they go through is a challenge and that they need to voice this. You are not that person. You've gone through a ton of health crap in the last few months and had the misfortune to also be going through personal problems at the same time. It takes a very strong person to make it through that type of stress and, imo, you are passing with flying colors.

And, @Melting Pot I meant myself... cuz I do rattle on a bit much.
Feelings are weird. Sometimes, they don't really match what's going on. Getting it out there can help to identify real feelings vs. phantom feelings. I get "echos" of past trauma occasionally, and those phantom emotions are powerful... until I realize that they are just illusions from the past, not current reality.
Then.. gone!
Writing them out is excellent, as @momofthegoons says... journalling really is a great tool for the kit! Yesterday I used the term "I'm handing you the tools to use" when I was having an exchange of brain stuffings with my Hubby, in response to a query on how to meet a particular interpersonal communication gap.
Find your best tools. Is it writing, yelling, singing, painting, drawing, welding, carving...? Put them to the task. Express and acknowledge feelings, then release them. Once they are identified and acknowledged, it is way easier to let them go. Stuffing them in makes it tougher... and puts more pressure on your insides.
