Why did you pay money for this crap?When putting in my purchase i received a “session timed out” notification and it brought me back to the home screen. I thought what the heck and put in another order since it timed out. Well the first order went through. I didn’t realize until a couple days later but they had not shipped yet. They need me to send a picture of my license and credit card (everything covered except name and address) to prevent fraud. Well when sending the pictures I noticed that there were two orders. I emailed them what happened and asked for one to be cancelled. Three hours later I received an email saying they had already been shipped and to email them once I got them to see if they could get “special authorization” for a refund. Once I got the product they told me that they could not refund it but since I paid shipping for both they could give me $15 store credit. Like I’ll need to order something else. With all of this I still have my own dabatoke. The second day one of the barrels stopped working and the third day the other barrel stopped working. I don’t know whats worse, the company themselves or the product. I’ve sent them tons of emails with some success. Their return policy literally says that they don’t except returns or cancellations. EXCEPT. They’re fools.
Fell for their advertising and didn’t do my HW. Definitely a learning experience, just sad it had be an expensive one. But on the bright side they have agreed to refund me for one of the kits and are taking back the broken one.Why did you pay money for this crap?
