They sold the limited edition herbalizer for under $600 in their last drop and the company now covers the full warranty through massdrop. Go on and request a new drop and share to get a much lower price ASAP.

Yes, you do have to create an account real quick to vote, but if the poll gets 200 votes, Massdrop orders a bulk order from DaVinci and we can get a big discount. The last drop on the DaVinci Ascent gave everyone the price of $150. Cool way to get expensive vapes for a great price.

The problem with their sales of the ascent is that Davinci has stated they will not honor the warranty as massdrop is not an authorized reseller.

Yep. It's crossed my mind to ask "why not?" though. My understanding is that MD makes a deal with the manufacturer to secure a large buy at a lower price. The bulk buy benefits the manufacturer and the buyers. Does that not imply that Davinci ha endorsed the deal? Yet they won't honor the warranty. Unless I am way off track here. Anybody know?

Did anyone here participate in this drop? I was wondering if they are releasing old stock like the 1AA1 model numbers? Davinci themselves posted on reddit they will not honor the massdrop warranties for the recent ascent drop, which made me wonder if they were older units.

I would bet big that the only reason DV isn't honoring the warranty on MD units is that they, from day one (and I mean the original DaVinci day one), have required purchase from an authorized dealer in order to get a manufacturer warranty. As for MD dealing directly with DV, that's not necessary and I doubt they did. All they need is a distributor. Some of these middlemen are supplying DaVinci's cheap enough for resellers to sell 'em for barely over $100.
Personally, I'd like to see another e-nano drop, but if 200 votes are needed, it's got a really long way to go.

That warranty is very different when you buy direct as a FC member. I did the math last time it dropped in this post.
Oh yeah... it has more than enough votes on Massdrop. They just don't organize that very well, they end up with multiple poles all over the place.

Thanks for mentioning that, I was unaware FC members for a lifetime warranty on their E-nano that is a great deal.

Anyone familiar with the Power Pen Vaporizer they just posted? I can't find any reviews/description of it here on FC. Looks like it's for oil/e-juice only, can anyone confirm?
